Every days a school day mate! My late Dad was a keen Ornithologist mate. The birds reach the UK by travelling from east Africa into Spain via Morocco, then from Spain to western France before reaching Great Britain. Then, stay for our summer months & later they repeat this same journey back to Africa in September/October. To enjoy a warmer climate. They also nest in the same spot each year.
@@Ratsinthereticles thanks Denny my sentiment is I know nothing I’m student of every, thanks 🙏 for taking the time to really teach me how they migrate totally blown away hope you’re dads still with us mucka. Dean
Sorry Denny just realised you said late dad I lost my mom 4 days ago to brain 🧠 cancer watching vids like this just helps me shut off for a while so keep up it our kid God bless.🙏💚☘️💯👊
Nice video buddy , cracking rabbit at that distance and I would of never of thought about crocodile clips to hold mints for target work nice and cheap 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great stuff Denny..trigger sticks are a great stability aid, but you're right practice is key, also constancy if you start doing something different you're starting from scratch..enjoy your hols 👍👍
Hi Pete, indeed it is mate it’s a very challenging way to shoot it’s alien to me but getting use to it every time I’m out. The Revere is like a lazer mate and the 9,56 QYS hit pretty hard.
Great video, I’ve personally not tried trigger sticks not fan of single point of rest, I went for quad sticks, not as user friendly as trigger sticks but the stability is amazing. Keep up the good work with the videos👍
I’ve never used trigger sticks, with my tripod I can set the legs short an wide so can sit on the floor behind it which I find very stable, I don’t know if you can do that with trigger sticks?
I love the the little bit of info about the birds you learn something every day mucka ☘️💚🙏💯👊

Thanks Steve as always mate!
Hi Denny, shooting off sticks is not easy. Good shot with the rabbit at 47 yards, that's a great distance with sub 12.

Thanks a lot mate I’ll look into the quad sticks sounds really good.
Wouldnt let me edit… theyre a game changer once you’ve watched a few videos ( usually big game channels ) showing how to get the best from them.
Hi mate try have the stock in the v of the sticks and not the cylinder less movement may be a bit better for you
I will try that mate still learning how to use them . Thanks for watching & the advice.
sorry the sound on this video is so bad it needs sign language
Until I can invest in some professional recording equipment this is the best I can do with an iPhone! But thanks for watching.
