So, I bought the M31s and headphones connected to the headphone jack generate a static/buzzing noise anytime the device plays a sound. I'm seeing reports that people who returned their device because of this issue continue to have the issue with the replacement device. So it seems to be a design defect and not just a defective unit. My unit was manufactured in Vietnam. Since yours is built in India, I was hoping you could test your unit with headphones plugged into the headphone jack, and try typing and see if it buzzes. An easy test is when your keyboard plays clicks as you type.
After some more testing, I notice that regular headphones that don't have a mic only produce the noise during charging, while earphones with mic produce the noise even without charging. Have tested 2 regular headphones and 4 earphones with mic.

@@kishangowda2388 Well, I returned my first one and got a 2nd one, brand new in unopened box. New one is also making noise. So I will just get a refund and choose some other phone. It's a shame. Where is your m31s made in?
@@alioop69 it is written made in India on the box , and on charger it has Vietnam written.
@@kishangowda2388 Ah. So it's not an issue limited to units made in Vietnam. I was hoping that the ones made in India would have escaped this flaw, since not a single review ever mentions this flaw, and I'm now finding it hard to believe that they did test the headphones and their units were fine. It seems like reviewers didn't consider testing the audio jack.

Planning to buy M31 or M21 (128 GB). Which one is better ?
thanks a lot brother :) if camera is not that important you could go with m21 as both have same processor, similar capacity battery and similar displays. if your planning to buy m31 then also consider poco x2 as an option at a slightly higher price, because its also a good device at that price point, as i have used poco x2 for 6 months if you have any questions relating to it feel free to ask.

Okay I was checking about the difference between M21 and M31. I found an article on times of india. According to which, M31 has 6.4 inch super AMOLED screen with FHD+ , whereas M21 has 6.4 inch full HD+ screen with infinity U display. Pixel resolution of both the phones are same.
Would you mind explaining which one is better in terms of display ? Be informed, I am not much into gaming.
PS - M21 has os samsung one UI and M31 has os samsung one UI 2.0, both run on android 10. That's another difference.

hi bhai, m31s mein inbuilt call recording function hai, aapko 3rd party app ki zaroorat nahin padegi, aap dialer ki settings se access kar sakte ho, if possible i'll try and include this one in the features video.
