After seeing this comment, I went and looked up what happened in Romania w/ their election and the Russian interference. It looks like their rules around social media influence are much more strict than ours are here in the U.S. Basically, they found evidence of Russia influencing the election in favor of the far right candidate on social media and so the courts have decided that the election needs to be redone. We don't have any kind of similar regulation to that in the U.S. Despite there being a Washington Post article published about two or three weeks ago that showed Russian influence in the form of false statements re: the Harris campaign sent via text message, nothing is being done about it in terms of overturning the election, unfortunately.
Russia wants to weaken Western Europe, started with influencing Brexit and now interfering in elections in every country with the support of Trump and Musk.
This is what I'm also hoping. He has the European community and NATO standing behind him since I think they have been instrumental in providing him with provable evidence and intel.
