As far as the nails are concerned, you just slide your fingers into the slot at the bottom of the box to get an idea of how they'll look on you without having to open the box xx

Morning Shannon, went to Primark recently and it was very noticeable that prices were rising. Saw a nice jumper, from their regular range, that was £17. Would have been £12-£13 last year. A few quid on everything really adds up xx

Great haul shan. I loved all of the swimwear, and the white throw over is gorgeous. It would look great with a flopy beach hat and large sunglasses. The beach trousers were great, too. I loved the boots. I would love to go to Nashville. Have a great week, sweetheart. Love Martha ❤
Awesome haul as always! I think all the stripey/patterned/lace crop tops are £4.50 and the plain ones are £3.50. My primark has some even better quality ones which are £6, so you need to check those price tags! It's sad the prices are going up but I hope that Primark are paying their staff higher wages as a result of the price increases. i love the stripey top of your outfit! I lost a lot of my hair and had the texture damaged due to my Crohn's Disease. So ... regarding your hair: I think that the colour still looks lovely as it fades, but if you did fancy experimenting with hair without damaging your own, then Amazon does have some fairly decent wigs. For about £20 I got one that only looks a little fake. So for a bit more you could probably get an even nicer one! xx
I saw your comment and hope you don’t mind me replying. I have Crohn’s too and a few years ago I lost at least 50% of my hair. It was so bad it used to jam the vacuum! I started using the Kerastase Genesis range recommended by my hairdresser and it improved so much and I now have a very healthy head of hair. It’s pricey, often my family buy it as birthday or Christmas presents, I look for offers but it has been so worth it for me. It didn’t happen overnight by any means but for me it’s been amazing. I hope you’re doing well right now.

GI issues can sometimes be taboo but i have found that by discussing it, other people open up and you realise how common various GI issues are! After drinking scop prep I can't stand fruit drinks anymore haha so when Shan buys fruit drinks they don't sound nice! The best scope prpe that I have tried is Picolax as Plenvu was horrendous!! I can’t bare anything vanilla, the smell, the taste because of klean prep and build up drinks etc. In fact I have a problem with anything liquid that a doctor says I should have because over the last 33 years I’ve had to drink so much that just doesn’t taste good!
