I make this with baby potatoes without peeling them and use mixed herbs some crushed pepper. And sometimes with Indian spices like turmeric coriander powder fennel powder amchur red chilli powder. Both ways is yumm. But just make it just before you want to eat . Reheating spoils the taste

A great n simple recipe for a fast n lazy day. But what ive found out after years, is, that the pan matters. With a suitable/good pan, it cooks faster n doesn´t start to stick on the pan. Now itz so different...uff!
