For anyone trying to figure out the recipe for the egg tarts, just look up "pastel de nata". It's a traditional portuguese recipe and OMG IT'S TO DIE FOR.

I think when you are using the egg separator 🥚 you are cracking the egg from too high so it breaks the yolk maybe if you open it from closer to the separator it wouldn’t be too forceful on the yolk, someone who can understand English please translate this for him (if he doesn’t know English) 🥰♥️ x love this content 🙌😇

Hi, if you want to separate eggs quicker, if you wash your hands, you can crack the whole egg into a bowl and just scoop out the yolk with your hands. I hope it helps ☺️ and I love your videos 💗
