Great show today! I missed the live show but just watched the recorded version. A lot of unique situations today. Quick question Jim, if you ever happen to see this comment: I have heard you give the advice that, for instance, if someone comes on a visit visa with no immigrant intent, decides to marry a US citizen, that they should wait 60 days before doing so. However, as I understand it, in September 2017, USCIS replaced the 30/60-day rule with the current 90-day rule in which applicants are presumed to have misrepresented their intentions if they marry or apply for an immigrant visa within 90 days of entering the United States. Is 60 days just a good middle ground? Thanks for all you do Jim.
