    Derek strikes me as a smart business man. He thought there could be some potential with Turk, but never made definitive claims about it working and in fact flat out said it might all be bullshit, but he probably wanted to be first to market in case there's some future validity to Turkesterone. I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with that since the same can probably be said about Creatine's journey to becoming one of the most trusted supplements you can buy today.
    Greg on the other hand is a snake oil salesman who would do anything to make a dollar and make sure that the gas tank in his Lambo never runs empty. From dunking on fat burners, to then selling his own fat burner, to then BLAMING AN INTERN (it might have been a low level employee, but he Teflon'd regardless) for the formula when his own fat burner got put on blast for being dogshit. And so now he claims he gained 4 pounds of muscle in 30 days at the ripe old age of 46 (which we all know is absolutely fucking bullshit) which is pretty convenient when "Turk works! Oh and guess what, I also sell Turk now." Why do you think Greg goes full Iago and verbally assaults anyone who dares question Turkesterone as placebo at best and snake oil at worst? I am willing to bet it has become one of his best selling products and he needs to keep the con going for as long as he can before the novelty of buying $40 bottles of placebo wears off.

He knows that potential breakthrough molecules may be confirmed to lead nowhere in the future, but still justify a marketing bet in the present. What’s really amazing is how many people hook on such dubious and very expensive supplements but barely pay attention to macros or micros at any capacity. If you’re talking about Tom Lazorik, then yes, I’m still friends with him because he’s a really good guy and has only the best intentions. I’ve told him numerous times from the start that I think it’s a big mistake for him to promote Greg’s stuff or be an affiliate of his products for a wide variety of reasons. Very similar advice I would have given you about promoting that nonsense product that supposedly tells you if your burning carbs or not, or some of the other potentially questionable stuff you’ve hawked in the past.
      If someone wants to be seen as an honest & trustworthy source of info with real credibility in the industry, you have to be VERY selective with what sponsors or affiliate programs you get in bed with. And whether you believe it or not, I’d actually like to see you succeed and do very well with your platform by taking the high road instead of choosing to shed your integrity for quick monetary gains. I’ve been in the business long enough to tell you that operating with integrity wins the long game every single time, and will make you much wealthier and more successful in the end as well. And that’s the exact same advice I gave Tom as my friend.

For example, you have to take NAC for your liver, you have to take Berberine to manage blood sugar if you're on GH or Mk 677, something for your joints because they can't keep up with the muscles and so on. So I think you actually have to buy MORE supplements when you decide to go enhanced. At least, that's been my experience.

There were two human trial studies with ecdysterone: the 2006 study found no benefit to ecdy use, the 2019 study found strength and mass gains to ecdy use. I dont because afteryears of abusing myself with vast amounts of fast food and alcohol and cigarettes I wanted to treat my body better and get healthy. Going on steroids after i achieve that, substituting one crap habit for another is just idiotic. Its not a moral issue for most people that they dont take steroids, yeah there are some noble natties out there but there arent nearly as many as you seem to infer. if you could prove to me and 90% of people that you could provide a steroid with 100% certainty that it has no negative side effects, we’d all be on that shit tomorrow. The supplement industry is a perfect example of capitalism or how alot of right wingers wish our whole economy was. They can say and label almost anything they want to and get away with it, most of the profit goes to the people at the top while the workers get little, their is no consequences and if someone does get sick, permanently hurt or dies, theirs a payment made and then the product is pulled. It's similar to how safety in the workplace was before OSHA as well. Greed runs these supplement companies, not wanting to help people. Regulate these scumbags into the ground.

It sounds like you want people not to have a protection against corporations or people, like on RUclips, selling or saying absolute trash supplements or information. Saying the world is shady and we shouldn't do something about it is insane and should be laughed at. Poverty is bad but the worlds messed up and we cant do anything about it, we did social security and medicare, those two government programs have done more than any wealthy moral person or charity can or will ever do. Saying someone is a sheep shows you dont have an argument. We trust the drugs from pharmacies without a second thought about dieing. Regulation is needed in the supplement realm NOW.

    • @REVIVALFitness
      @REVIVALFitness  2 года назад

      I don’t blindly trust drugs from pharmacies. Speak for yourself… Regulation wouldn’t be useless but don’t pretend it’s an encompassing cure. Social security and Medicare are both going to run out in the next 5-10 years. One extremely wealthy person often does far more for poverty than a government program ever could hope. The very government guidelines for “health” and food are part of the reason why obesity has skyrocketed so much.

      @weightlifting_socialist 2 года назад +1

      @@REVIVALFitness , appreciate the reply. Don't worry, I'm not some out of touch constantly online person. Just wanted to point out how regulation has done incredible things for society and continue to, even though their being stripped by both the right and centrist parties. The EPA has the problem of corporate executives from the likes of Dupont joining its agency. It still does alot of good work even though they have that problem. You do trust the pharmacies, you don't do chemical analysis on what you get, the best we can do is go to a website and make sure it's the right thing, even though the paperwork for the prescription has that as well. You trust regulations by buying a bottle of advil or whatever. Of course, we should be cautious and never 100% trusting of anything or anyone.

    I mean, there are two kind of main people who sauce;
    1.) The guys who take way too much and immediately get all sort of nasty problems
    2.) The guys who take a decent amount, but then dont eat or workout hard enough for the juice to do anything of worth and then complain the juice doesnt work.
    -Gyms are full of these pencils necks who inject entire pharmacies into their glutes and get no gains to show for.
    There is an old saying; if its legal, then it doesnt work...and its true. Supplements are worthless waste of money, spend that money on real quality food instead, work hard and consistently, then and only then, you may dabble into juiceland, because you need to eat even more and workout even harder to get the gains from juice
