•52/17 rule - Pomodoro. •One hour rule- Write for 1hour every day for a month. •One minute rule- any task requiring one minute or less should be done immediately. • 1-3-5 rule- Do 1 major task, 3 medium and 5 small tasks. Pick your tasks and categorise them. •80/20 rule - 20% effort for 80% results.
I've always heard the "1 minute rule" as the "2 minute rule", and I know it seems like a nitpicky difference but I think in my head I'm more likely to assume any task will take more than one minute so I won't actually follow the advice of the rule. "5 minute rule" might be an even better way to do it.
52/17 rule can be changed according to people. Other than relying on net to tell you to study a period of time maybe you can customize your own. Scientists can be true but still you do you.

-52/17: work 52 minutes and rest 17 minutes -1 hour rule: 1 hr work per day for 30 days -1 minute rule: if task can be completed 1 minute or less, then do it immediately -1-3-5 rule: Do 1 major task, 3 medium and 5 small tasks. -80/20 rule: 80 percent of results comes from 20% effort. That looks like the program Pages, from Mac... If you own an Apple ID, you can access the online version of it in the iCloud webapp. Never really used it, but looks really neat.
@@carolinasims3726 That's what i'm saying. If you have an iPhone or something, (it doesn't need to be a mac) you must own an Apple ID... so with that account you enter to the icloud webpage on any browser in your windows computer and then login with your account. then you select the pages app and there you have it! www.icloud.com/pages/
Dear Mariana, I'm an admirer of you and your videos. Please do a video on "How to get out of a rut" or "How to start working after a long break". Thank you. Love from Kerala, India.
The rule I've always noticed is the 10-90 rule. Ten percent of the people doing 90% of the work. This is normal in the military and civil service. It's very apparent when certain people take leave or other time off and everyone else has to absorb the extra workload with little or no problem since certain people weren't pulling their weight to begin with. To change the subject, I've always wondered what you're writing in your journals you keep next to the keyboard in these videos. I don't need to know exact personal information, just general information because I've never been able to stop and write while at work when I'm focused on a project, it takes a phone call or someone calling my name to break my attention and stop what I'm doing. I really enjoy your videos and look forward to the next one.
I've never really have heard someone said "archive" and i'm spanish native speaker so hearing you pronouncing it like it should was a ibg WATH? i always say it o read it like "ar" "chive". not "ar" "caive"
