I don't know what part did it, but after doing all of them if not most of them.. my deck is finally downloading and streaming at the speeds it should of been
My steam deck will be downloading at 500mbps when it starts but after a few minutes it stops. When I do a speed test with my phone it shows no problems. Every time I start a download it does the same thing. The sever is location is near me.
Best fix....I went from 25 to 30 MB/s to 50 average. BUT at first it took FOREVER to figure it out...when you open KONSOLE (the one on linuxOS with the K) and use the code steam steam/open/console, switch over to your steam client app and notice in the tabs it now says console (with a c not a K)
I looked at my storage and I have 339.74 GIGA bytes of updates as my storage that’s more than Games. What are the “updates” and why is it taking so much storage and how to I change this

Disabling Wi-Fi power management fixed my issue, Ty so much!

I’ve uninstalled several big games and none have changed the update GB storage take over
