    I understand that we are living in a period of keto craze and this diet will be recommended nowadays by just about anyone.
    You should also talk to somebody who wouldn't necessarily recommend it. It seems that some dietitians or nutrition scientists disagree with long term keto.
    Search on Google: sciencealert study on million people has bad news for keto diet. This link gives a summary of keto diet studies.

      Hi Slavko! Thank you for your comment. The article to which you are referring discusses a ketogenic diet that is heavy in animal fats & proteins. My protocol is a Mediterranean Modified Ketogenic Diet. This means it is comprised primarily of fiber-rich vegetables, with some lean meats and fatty fishes in moderation, and plenty of nuts, seeds, and olive oil.
