One engine should be plenty for this little boat, if the gearing is fixed :P
But also a catamaran would be awesome to see.
As to the land vehicle, I see maybe a pickup truck? Like, a run-down old pickup truck. Stereotypically fishermen tend to care more for their boats than any other vehicles ;)

All the fishermen i know, and i know quite a few through my work at a fishery, have a fancy BMW alongside a nice looking cargo van.

Apple, definitely go for a twin engine for redundancy. Or if you get modular engines just one big fat inline 3 cylinder diesel.
As for what kind of land vehicle, something practical with plenty of cargo space to deliver your catch. Some kind of light truck?

for the truck i think a pickup truck with connectors of some kind would be cool it would allow for several interchangeable loads like hoppers, rescue equipment, weapons or even a turret if you build it small enough

Yes! Finally a new Stormworks Career series! Really liked the video. Apple 2 (you need the speed). For land vehicles, I woudl say a small trcuk that can have a hopper on it for storing fish. BTW, could you please enable the sea foam option? It is difficult to see the how big (or small) the waves are now. Keep up the good work!

You should really start using the control handle seat, it’s like a helm but sits 5 blocks tall, useful for ships you want helms on but don’t have them yet

I wanna like this game but the water "bugging" threw the deck ruins it for me. Idk why but it does. I lose the little bit of immersion I need to be interested if that makes sense. It would be different if the water came up over the sides and filled the deck, but just glitching thru sucks imo.
