I recently started on post-game and happened to find your videos. They are EXTREMELY helpful! There so many systems so it can be very confusing but you present it in a very clear and concise manner, so thank you very much! I can't believe they don't have more views! (And btw also a man of culture with Majorita set as home base character, same as me!)
Glad I could help. However I'm not always so concise - the reason this condensed vid exists is because people complained about the previous version being 30 mins long.
Great video as usual. An alternative method to guys like me with OCD that has to have every single character on the rooster, plus everyone has to be powered up (I know this is overkill and useless), is to use the Netherworld research squad to level all those character's classes while you grind your items on the item world. Of course using prinny hat/squad, or any other evility that increases class proficiency is a must.
Pretty much. Someone pointed out that people are reluctant to watch 30+ min guides (specifically in reference to the old version of this vid), so I ended up making this. If you think anything important got cut then let me know.
No idea how you only have 347 subs, you are the best d5 tips guy. Trash Pickup from Raspberl with a decently leveled nuke spell like 'fire' is so far ahead of geo blast =) No idea how many times I've spawned on a map with Item Symbols cluttering the place with no geo's around which would mean a reset for geo blast but open season for trash pickup. Btw you do not need to do the shoom fluid bit if you have enough prinny instructor passed around, a standard carnage eclair straight from the alchemy machine is fine at 20* Since most high level carnage maps have more than one target for trash pickup, for those Sage/Pirate/Dark Knight runs, whose classes are impossible to max out on a single target, just cart out the maid. Afternoon tea the person you are maxing to kill another whatever... the maid can even gency for you. if you use a cheap spell able to do more than one tile nuke, just line up two targets in the same spell. When you do this for the first time to get started on carnage Magicchange monsters like Usalia Metalia Desco and Priere onto Pram for when you do this. The Important half of the shard farming that comes next is done for you when you finish.
I tend to make quite rambly vids with minimal editing, and I upload quite rarely and irregularly. Disgaea is also a niche series. Carnage Mushroom Soup vs Carnage Eclair makes a difference when doing towers of humanoids with Trash Pickup. 9 Prinny Instructors is enough for a tower of 7 in a Carnage Mushroom Soup - for a larger tower, or using a Carnage Eclair instead, you'd start needing to use a larger squad and Prinny Hat instead of the Prinny Squad.
Help, I can't find a Carnage Yoshitsuna at all, I've climbed hundreds of floors in the IW of carnage swords, and so far nothing. I am looking for a YOsH to be able to get the Baal Sword and consequently the Carnage Catastrophe. But this damn YOsH doesn't appear on IW Carnage. The status of my Killia is at lv9999, 12 reincarnations and 17 million statuses.
You don't specifically need to be in a sword unless either: - You're trying to obtain the next rank of sword up by stealing it from the Item God 2 of the current sword. - You're currently looking for the Catastrophe. Start by going into the highest rank of item you have. This vid briefly covers obtaining a Carnage Mushroom Soup (Carnage R39), but killing normal Baal for the Axel Gear (Carnage R40) would be even better. Turn enemy strength up to 20* as the items you find equipped to enemies, in chests, in bonus lists, and in the Innocent Town shop are tied to the curent baseline level (hidden Carnage level in this case, not the displayed level) of enemies. If your Killia has 17m stats then it sounds like you haven't finished farming extracts yet (even without including stat-boosting evilities you should have 10m stats from leveling up and another 10m from extracts for 20m total). I'd suggest finishing that first as higher stats will help you to steal the items you want, and moreso help in being able to actually level those items. If you're looking for the Catastrophe for completion purposes, a trophy, or just because you like it then fair enough. However I'd say the Mystery Room R40s are the least useful. They don't have the extra movement and jump of the Item God 2 R40s nor the Revenge Booster unique innocent of the Netherworld Research R40s (which are useful even without leveling those items), so they don't offer anything except stats. They're faster to soft-cap but that's not particularly relevant since you don't need to max a weapon to reach 99m stats anyway and non-weapon equipment is more useful to level (units have 3 slots for it and any unit can make use of non-weapon equipment) - you're already spending additional time by leveling a weapon in the first place. Catastrophe in particular is underwhelming because Great Baal Horn exists, which has even better stats AND has extra movement and jump (pretty much rendering Catastrophe and Baal Sword redundant). As a side note, Great Baal Horn doesn't count toward the Carnage R40 requirement for being able to claim a Carnage Catastrophe - you have to own either a Carnage Baal Sword or Carnage Glimmerblade.
I'm leveling classes with tower attacks, 1 strong human char on bottom, 7 or 8 human unities with career master, 1 monster on top with career and one unit to toss the tower around (if the tower have 10 characters, you have to use a monster to toss)... dunno if is faster, but I prefer this way
It's potentially faster if you have a strong enough unit on the bottom and enough class proficiency boosts (e.g. from Prinny Instructor) to overcome the split in class proficiency from using a tower (also it'd be better to Magichange the monster onto someone to split the class proficiency less). This method doesn't require already having a strong unit and can be done with towers anyway (if someone in the tower has Trash Pickup).
You can do more. I do 20 at a time using All-Out Attack Bill as you simply get 10 monsters in Magi-Change and on your 10 humans. I usually do 4, 4, and 2 on the first 3 Humans as it's just easier to setup and have no impact on their learning subclasses.
It's Carnage R39 i.e. the 2nd highest possible rank. Therefore it has really strong enemies and everything in there is worth a lot of class proficiency. *Edit* Carnage enemies have a hidden level that goes past the displayed cap of 9999 up to a cap of 1.5m, and the Geo Symbols in a level 0 Carnage R39 item on 20* are almost level 800k.

Yeah, Netherworld Research works well for training a bunch of units on the side while doing other things.
Ah, this is basically the cliff notes version of the main subclass vid. It's a neat a refresher while trying stuff out.
