Is it just me or does Laura/Genie seem so remarkably beyond her years? She is an old soul if I have ever seen one. She has the whole aura of a mom in her 30's, one who is worldly, cynical and smart. It's hard to believe she's a teenager. Her face, voice, everything just seems so mature. Not old but mature.. Amy, for ex, is very obviously a teenager.
@@GHRickLesley I realized I said Amy was a teenager but Shell Kepler was not a teen; she just looked like a baby!! She was quite a few years older than Genie! She'd have turned 22 in 1980. I am shocked!! Genie really was the only teen on that set or just about!
I didn't realize the IP storyline began in 80. But again I was 7 then so some details are fuzzy. I only get to see half of GH when school was in session.
