What a beautiful message❤ And it's a message like this, that causes me to be so awestruck & overcome by the attributes of God once again, that I start weeping and pouring out all my sin before the LORD, IMMEDIATELY. If I hear a sermon that within 5min of listening, has me running to pray & pour out my heart to God, & ALSO weeping in repentance....I CAN SAFELY SAY THAT SERMON IS FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT & J.Franklin is speaking His words, as far as this sermon is concerned.
Also, If you don't feel led to prayer, praise, and or repentance while listening, than this just isn't the sermon for you, find another but don't rush to the 'false preacher' judgement over it, just saying

Yes, Our God is happy, joyful, HE LAUGHS!! I'll never forget one day when I was praying about a specific issue that was so heavy on my heart, and I saw God laughing!!! NO KIDDING. I just started laughing too! And sure enough, God pulled me through that issue ALL ON HIS OWN - He's Amazing!! Very fun God we serve!! Love, love, love this!

The Bible is clear that God is holy. Therefore He hates evil. Painting Him as a "happy God" is idolatry. He is a joyful God yes but His attributes also include wrath and justice. And sometimes you do need to leave church sorrowful. Men need to be convicted of their sins. A church that does not confront the sin of man but just comforts him in his sin by telling him God's a happy God may just as well be called a church of Satan. People leave there "happy" because they heard nothing more than a motivational speech, go home and live their lives which are indistinguishable from an unbelievers and Satan just sits back and does nothing because they have been taught a false Christ. One which can not save. There is no true gospel without the message of sin and repentance. It is sorrow that leads man to repentance, not happiness. Jentzen is a false teacher.
