- Constantine, last king of Greece, dies at 82 | Constantine, the former and last king of Greece, has died aged 82 in an Athens hospital, his doctors have announced. Staff at the private Hygeia Hospital in Athens said Constantine - a nephew of the late Duke of Edinburgh and friend of King Charles - had been treated in an intensive care unit but had no further details pending an official announcement.

English Translation - Historical Fact: Constantine II was an able sportsman. In 1958, King Paul gave his son a Lightning class sailing boat for Christmas. Subsequently, Crown Prince Constantine spent most of his free time training with the boat on the Saronic Gulf. After a few months, the Greek Navy gave the prince a Dragon class sailing boat, with which he decided to participate in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. At the opening of the Games in Rome, he was the flag bearer for the Greek team. He won an Olympic gold medal in Sailing (Dragon class), which was the first Greek gold medal in sailing since the Stockholm 1912 Summer Olympics. Constantine was the helmsman of the boat "Nireus" and the other members of the team were Odysseus Eskitzoglou and Georgios Zaimis.

History dictate that Konstantinos at this young age of 23 was not very successful in balancing the political situation of his country or facing the coming political changes in the opposition as I said before because he lacks experience & knowledge in the topics therefore by listening to others was unable to grasp the correct approach in decision making that must following while still remain in power in order to save in the long run his authority however his character won't minimize responsibility or mistakes or denied in his mind hold the view & wished to find out a way to work with the different political opposition section in order to stabilize politically his country that was in bad political condition !!! However as things standing it's tragic but this is the way it is !!! My conclusion I think is shameless for this type of man that love so much his country & his people to be treated in this way by the present Greek government to addressing him without his title & claim at this extraordinary last minute of natural death !!! Perhaps no more kings will be made then why the Greek government denied him his final satisfaction as the last king of Greece??? Mr.michotakis are you listening ???

finaly, i hope he is rotting slowly.
