What I want you all to take away from this opening part is that we get our Transcendent Form in 12 Seconds just by firing our weapon. That's it. This is in the Master Nightfall as well and I am in here solo and just watch how this Build destroys every Champion we come up against. Even 4 champions at the same time!
This Prismatic Warlock Build is a End Game Monster and I never even stunned a Single champion using any Artifact mod.
All of the stunning was done using Buffs and Debuffs, our transcendence and our super along with our Exotic Armor
Piece.
I really think this shows the power of Prismatic because I have been getting a few comments from people
saying that they don't think Prismatic is that strong or there not even using there transcendence form which I just could not believe.
The best way I can try to help you is to think of transcendence as a Mini super, You get extra damage reduction,
You do a bit more damage and you have infinite abilities that you can use to really shut down and crowd control
enemies! Plus it helps build your actual super so much faster and with that you can just be chaining the 2 back and forth!
The Build stuns overload champs with Slow, Suppression and Jolt debuffs, It handles Unstoppable champs with Freeze Shatter, Ignitions and Suspend Debuffs. Then it takes care of Barrier Champs with Radiant and our exotic armor Piece can pierce barriers! Not including you can just lock then up with freezing as well. We also add in the unravel weaken and scorch debuffs to everything. So were bringing 9 different debuffs and since we can get our Transcendence so quickly along with our super. Were just a waling champion counter without even bringing anti champion weapons!
Everything starts with the Khvostov and how we tie this in to the Build. The main perk is every 7th bullet bounces and deals more damage and then the secondary perk is Eyes Up Guardian which is the big one. When we pick up a orb of power it strengthens the next 7 bounces which provide more damage and more bounces. These put out a ton of damage even in difficult content and the more damage we put out the more transcendence energy and super energy we get in return. Also Exotic Primaries hit red bars extra hard and also give 4x the super energy back on damage then a heavy weapon. So all you need to do is grab orbs of power and the weapon comes with shoot to loot so we can do that from far off. Just pair it with 1 kinetic siphon mod and that's plenty of orbs but will add to that even more. We then pair this with Triple Kinetic weapon surge on our boots and time dilation on our class item and the Radiant orbs artifact mod. This means every time we shoot a Orb or pick one up we gain a 25% weapon damage bonus from the radiant buff for 10 seconds and we get 22% damage buff for 15 seconds from the Surge mods all from 1 single orb of power. So basically a 50% damage buff that we can have up all the time to increase that outgoing damage to feed our Super and transcendent because we only need damage dealt.

I can't be bothered. Not doing the mission over or wasting time in overflows when there are numerous other more rewarding activities. Base exotics are so stronk now anyways so it doesnt even matter.

Yeah I feel bad cause I always lean towards abilities haha so I need to try to focus on weapons more often haha
There is, it’s called Hazardous Propulsion. Propulsion buffs the damage of Rockets so rock The Call or Indebted Kindness with a heavy rocket and build around getting your thrusters back often so you can unleashed rockets constantly

Till he makes a vid if you get a verity exotic class item for titan try a build with Collective Obligation and suppressor nades. It isnt new but prismatic gives so much more power to an already powerful gunplatform build.
I'm a fan of builds that focus around buffing weapons and you hit the nail on the head with this one! Great Build!
any non-getaway artist build gets a like from me, this one seems like a lot of fun, i've barely seen anyone talk about the potential of mataiodoxia

Plunder Is the sole reason why I'm out of ascendant shards constantly, without these builds I'd have no reason to farm content lol.
They should add a feature to the chest piece where stunning a barrier w a needle will fully refund it. Similar to Second Chance

I've been trying to get this exotic to work but it seemed really bad but you nailed it, this kicks ass with prismatic. Seems to be made for it instead of regular strand
For sure! Also made for harder content, at least performs better in it and even better with Prismatic
Mataiodoxia is so underrated. It really rounds out the build nicely. I hope one day they add part of its perk to the exotic class item pool; it would be super crazy paired with star eaters or something😂
just used in gm excision, can confirm this build is nuts, khvostov gives so much transcendence energy it's insane
Prismatic is fun, however I find that prismatic builds dont work as well compared to regular builds in regular games modes. A lot of prismatic requires you to deal constant damage to refresh you abilities but in normal game modes they kill too fast to refresh anything. Especially with strikes having 3 people.
Just a note Plunder: Bungie did say that the eyes up, guardian perk on the exotic Khvostov was NOT meant to provide more damage by activating it. So it only provides more bounces.
Other than that, been quickly turning to a lot of your builds to create the play style I’ve enjoyed. I may have been playing for a good while, but it still takes me a bit to figure out how to min/max play styles. Been loving your stuff recently! New sub for ya!
pplunderthabooty, what i love most about your builds, is they are viable in difficult content. Youre the absolute GOAT for destiny 2 builds and your work over all of this time has been much appreciated. Looking forward to the next builds
I was kinda doing something similar because I think thag while the new exotic is really good and fun on strand, it's a bit overkill, like you don't need to suspen more if you can already suspend the entire room
But on prismatic it's great, giving more stuff to do on a subclasse that love doing many things and rewards you for doing so
this build is the first real crazy prismatic build I've seen. you cooked with this one
Eyes up guardian does not buff ricochet damage. It says it does on the perk but bungie put in the known issue list in the June 6th TWID. Second line item "Khvostov 7G 0X's trait Eyes Up, Guardian incorrectly states that the ricochet shots deal more damage." It should deal more damage but for some reason bungie doesn't want it to and the text is wrong not the effect.
Dang so I'm getting all the extra transcendence energy and super energy just from the ricochet! That's even crazier lol
I was legitimately thinking to myself yesterday “I feel like plunder could make an awesome mataiodoxia build”… I’m excited to try this out later!
This is a dope build. I'm also loving the versatility you may or may not have meant to put in here. I can see an exotic class item slotting in also without really effecting the neutral game, which is important for me till I can get the exotic lol. This build looks to be very up my playstyle alley, and I can't wait to run it.

I think you should make a second chance build, with the pve buff to throwing shield and its ability to both instantly pop a shield and weaken a target along with refunding a whole melee, I think it could fit very well into a prismatic build with some playing around
Awesome build! I know the point of this was to make a semi-easy to achieve build. But just out of interest, say if you do have the exotic class item unlocked from dual destiny,and want to use it instead of the chest- what exotic perks do you think works best?
There are a lot of options! Heart & Osmiomancy in the first colum is a ton of ability regen, second colum has a lot as well, Star eaters, verity, harmony, starfire could be really could with empowered Kohvostov. So a lot of options!

Whilst I really do like all 3 Prismatic Classes & I've been messing around with a couple different builds for each one, my biggest gripe? As far as I'm aware there isn't any way to break the Shields of Prismatic Enemies. Freeze covers all Champions or at least stun locks them for you to destroy!
I am a Renewal Revenant addict! Barely touch anything else on Hunter! Thankfully the Hunter Prismatic is REALLY strong & has some fun builds (I can still use the Renewals too)
It still feels a bit forced though. Hopefully they might add/change something in the Act 2 Echoes after the initial Final Shape hype has cooled a bit!
Just started on my warlock and have unlocked tier 3 exotic focusing at rahool. This will be my first purchase lol that exotic chest. I hate barrier champs the most

Yeah, that’s my goal to to get the chest plate. I am so close but I certainly get an exotic in gram so I’m probably gonna get one tomorrow after the daily reset
@@theonepstein5100 no with tier 3 you can get an exotic without needing to unlock it first, especially with the new exotic not counting the exotic class item that you cannot obtain them without getting the tier 3 encrypting
I was looking to use the khvostov on my warlock so that’s a perfect timing
plunder you should make another hunter build using spirit of cyrtarachne + liars and use s&q for the super since cyrtarachne gives 10s woven mail (i think) instead of 5 so you get a better super and more woven mail uptime

if you need an idea for build crafting, galanor + gyrfaclon is pretty class exo nice for generell and/or onslaught gameplay on hunter ^^
My only thoughts is swapping the "melee makes you radiant" to "picking up an orb gives you a buff based on your super" I think resto on orb will give this a lot more survivability since you make a lot of orbs, and shoot to loot procs that too so you can get the resto from range which will matter. Picking up said orbs already gives radiant from the artifact too, feels like it is a but of a waste to overlap the effects, altho it does have the upside of making sure you can enable radiant whenever you want instead of needing an orb

The few things i like about warlock prismatic is the transcend nade
Might be interested to see you take a look at Speaker's Sight with a Solar subclass.
Pairing Song of Flame with Heat Rises allows you to spawn multiple healing turrets for the area, and Ember of Benevolence allows your Solar abilities to Regen faster.
Let's see what you add to it. 🤪
Why heat rises?
@@Marin117. Because it heals you every time you consume a grenade, which also spawns a healing turret.
Since Song of Flame regens your grenade and melee extra fast, you can do this more than once in near rapid succession. I saw one short of two warlocks doing this and they were EVERYWHERE.

@@Marin117. Craziest thing is that you're not required to spawn a turret for every grenade. so if the team is sitting still you can spawn two or three, then contribute your damage as well.
Considering Lumina grants a stronger damage buff than even pre-nerf Well, this gets me thinking we MIGHT have "Well of Radiance with legs"... But I've yet to really put it to the test.

I got speaker helm too but its chill because i will never in my life use that ugly ass exotic robe no matter how op it is
I’m definitely using this build but I’m swapping the khos for the microcasm that thing is so insane right now I can’t take it off
its a monster for normal vanguards or etc not for expert/ master gm nightfalls , the build hasnt got enough melee regen nor huge suspending power . just go pure Strand you'll achieve much more .And even so i love khvostov , its no match for outbreak perfected .

I like all of your builds, I hope you can post a miracle like a good for endgame for Titan. It's not really doable to spam consecration in GMs or so

Titan has so many builds that work pretty well, but sadly they're all pretty underwhelming in comparison to warlock and hunter right now.

Triple consecration slam there's your builds that's the ONLY thing worthwhile to use on prismatic titan.

Reset rahool. That unlocks tier 3 exotic focusing and you can get the new ones
Max out Rahool’s Rep and you’ll get access to Tier 3 Focusing, which includes Exotics you haven’t acquired yet. I think Bungie said this will be the way to acquire all newly added Exotics moving forward.

Plunder you found my build! great minds think alike. I have been running almost this same build. I hadn't paired kvostov with it yet as I just got it and had taken a break from warlock to play hunter for awhile but I was rolling this build as soon as I got mataiodoxia. I was using The Call and a void primary like graviton or lemonarque. I was thinking of doing a puglist/desperate measures breech light when I find one but after seeing kvostov shred like this i'm definitely going to give it a try.
Whoever says prismatic is meh probably don't have right build imo. Though the thing I noticed with prismatic is that no matter how good the build is, it starts to struggle in group content. 3 team is still fine, but in raids you start competing for add kills with your team, but in solo content? *chef kiss*

If you don't have this chest piece yet- say you did a silly and got the helmet at the end of the campaign and you aren't at the rank that you can pick an exotic from Rhaul or you just can't be bothered to do lost sectors- Chromatic Fire is also a very solid choice if you want.
An additional explosion on crit kill, and it applies a debuff based on what super you have.
A good one to pair with it is Void for a mass spread of weaken which might be overkill but hey you never know when you need it.
You can also do Solar and get Scorch to spread, or Arc for Blind... Stasis for Slow or Strand for Sever. It really doesn't affect the build at all, all you'd be missing is suspending targets with your arcane needles.
I highly recommend using Void to get weaken on kills- and nova bomb actually feels really good right now as well.

@officialspek7670 I got 100 resilience but what's a God sweet spot to have my recovery, discipline and strength at?
@@damienmedwards43 For warlock I main 100 in both recovery and discipline and i try and stay between 60-80 resilience depending on my build. It really comes down to personal preference. I don't really care about int and str those never pass 30 for me.
Didn't they nerf the surge mods about having 3 makes almost no difference than having 2? If not then hey lit more dps😭

reseting rahools ranks opens a third focusing tab , just need a cypher and an exotic engram to get any exotic you want.

to get khvostov you need to do a lengthy pale heart campaign challenge, look up a guide for that one, note it takes 7-8 hours to do, to get the robe you need to either get lucky out of an exotic engram or you can unlock level 3 focus crafting at the engram guy by just opening engrams with him, then you can focus the robe for the price of an extotic engram and an exotic cypher, everything else is just perks.
Could it possibly work with outbreak, since the auto is still semi bugged
kvhtosov isnt bugged. Its just saying it does more damage in the description than it really does.

I’ve noticed that your mod setups don’t account for any stat mods. I get that the builds are almost non reliant on stats, but the people do like using stat mods
Stat mods depend entirely on what you have available. You should use common sense when applying which mods you need for the build. Do you already cap Disc/Strength without mods? Then get Resil to 100. Are you close for both stats? Split, etc. It doesn't matter what Stat mods they use unless you have the same gear rolls. This is applicable to any build: look at what it relies on, grenades, melee, class ability, etc. Pick what stat you need to cap, then move to the next in that priority.
People who say Transcendence isn't strong are clueless. Both before it came out and well after. It's essentially a second Super.

How are you getting anti barrier on the Khvostov?
It’s via the radiant buff, you can break shields when your radiant

@@Argyle117 no, it’s just an aspect of being radiant. I forget when things like that were added, but when you scroll over those champion icons in your guardian menu, it shows you what weapons and rebuffs stun champions.
Are people sleeping on osmiomancy gloves? Those gloves does what this build does but 10 times better. Literally permafreeze everything.
What allows me to shoot orbs of power instead of walking over them?

The nice thing about this build is that the Khvostov/Transcendence focus of this build would work fine on Titan, and you could use Abeyant Leap for easy Suspend and Woven Mail. Use it with Shackle grenades for constant uptime on Woven Mail (plus your Transcendence grenade Suspends as well so you get constant Woven Mail in that form, too).
Still want to take your Twilight Arsenal super? That’s fine, because Overshields from orbs and your Woven Mail totally stack, giving you 86% damage reduction together! Restoration on orb is obviously great, but with constant Woven Mail and easy Overshields you could get by without it (maybe use health on orb pickup mod to heal when you need).
