- A judge will issue the sentence for convicted murderer Henry Dinkins, who was found guilty of murdering 10-year-old Breasia Terrell in July 2020. Dinkins was found guilty on Sept. 15, 2023, of the murder and kidnapping. A Scott County judge will be reading his sentence on Wednesday, Oct. 11.

So true, I hope his son gets the help he needs and deserves and doesn't slip through the cracks like so many other children. Because DJs acting out will likely never bring him any empathy from the law, especially being a black person. And God forbid, one day, he ends up in prison like his father or dead because of his unresolved problems. I am praying for a good outcome for the entire family after this horrible crime against all of them. Henry has destroyed this family's sense of safety and trust, just to name two. I will keep this mother and her children in my prayers always.

After listening to the prosecution listing his MILE LONG wrap sheet, I’m asking myself, why this guy was out in society to be able to murder this beautiful little girl in the first place?! He should have been locked up for life a long time ago.

Even an innocent person would state their claim of innocence not the lack of evidence to prove it your innocence is your innocence, and it needs no support.
