I only watched up to Historie as I was solely focusing on how the main 4 characters (well I guess their siblings, excluding Vert, as well since they show up in the video). I honestly love how everyone sounds fantastic. I also like it when the English VAs can match the Japanese VAs if possible as it does make for a smooth transition from dub to original or the other way around in some cases. My only issues are that Blanc in English, she sounds good when calm, but not as good as she could have when angered. She just doesn't sound angry enough in a way that can make her intimidating like she does in Japanese. Also Rom and Ram sound a little bit more like teen girls than they do little girls (before anyone answers why that is I know why). But all in all I can go either way. Also I would have never guessed they changed Noire's voice. They really got good eye for talent if they were able to find another person who could match the previous english VA.
Japanese way better but the dub in the series is generally good with few exceptions (Purple Heart and Black Heart for example). Although Nepgya's actually the only one that I prefer the dub of cause she's just too funny
@@baltulielkungsgunarsmiezis9714 I dont like the way she is dubbed in general. It's rather monotone. And it gets a lot worse with Next Purple, where she gets even more monotonous in the english dub. She's way better in japanese for me and it's not even close

@@Lone-Nep I already learned english to understand foreign media, Ive no plans to learn japanese right now (and for Neptunia Id still pick english even if I was a master of japanese). Im learning german right now, and I do mean right now, time to play Akinator in german, lets see if he can guess Noire.

There's no question about it. The Japanese version has far more energy, and far more difference of regular VS Goddess forms.

I did notice the downgrade, but it wasnt as bad as Id feared.
