I would give credit to Qatari singer Fahad Alkubaisi. The blending, the distinct voice it made the song interesting and distinctive. Jungkook part is just so normal and nothing is new.

The marine animal is actually a shark whale and it's
one of the most special marine species in qatar and
it's considered a symbol here. found in the Arabian
Gulf waters.
And if you notice, the kid was holding a big sized
pearl before he let go of it in the sea and it went on
the shark whale's skin, thats why the part where Land
meets Sea with the little boys holding a pearl,
captures a beautiful scenery of our identity and
history in one shot, since Desert and Sea both were
solely the two main resource for living back then for
Khaliji Arab countries, the chants in the beginning of
the song that say (ala ho la dan) are melodies that
Qatari sailors back in the day used to sing when
leaving their homes for a while and going for fishing or
looking for pearls in the sea, the word (dan) coming
from the arabic word (dana) which means a big pearl.
that's why you can see scenes of sailors and
fishermen in traditional Qatari clothings dancing on
the ship with the chants!

What I love about this song is that it really portrays Jungkook's smoothness and stability in his voice in a different way. Plus, you would've never guessed that he's not a fluent english speaker based on this one song.

It represents Quatar and the Saudi people.
The whale itself flying through the air represents BTS ARMY (from their track Whalien 52, where there was a lonely whale who whistled in a key nobody could hear).

I thought Dreamers was a good song, but I initially thought it'd be a one-and-done with me. Like I'd listen to it one time because Jk was performing it for the biggest sporting event on the planet, but oh boy I was so wrong. I've been singing "ala ho la gan" around my house for days. Dreamers is really catchy. You're definitely right Justin, it's so beautiful how music can bring cultures together, music has no barriers.
