I held an account with N26 for five years with no trouble, until, one day they cancelled a transfer of funds and closed my account, barring me access to my funds. There are hundreds of people affected like this you can find them on Business insider ran an article on them a business annalist writes: Since June 2022 I do not have access to my money in N26 with no clear explanation why and when I will get my money back. I have been forced to go very public with my case on social networks, especially linked in and twitter. No official apology was provided, just an acknowledgement of endless delays. Even after I requested what Terms and Conditions I violated, N26 refused to provide me this information, just generic responses…. My story is only one of many!!! Many others have had their comments removed or deleted- shame on you N26. I now am reaching out to the Supervisory Board for comment… FYI: Marcus W. Mosen, Joerg Gerbig, Barbara Roth, Julian Deutz, Prof. Dr. Jan Kemper, Valentin Stalf, Maximilian Tayenthal If your still unsure check Trustpilot (seven thousand people have given them a 1 star review!!) A simple google search of N26 scam or N26 scam on twitter will show more customer horror stories!!
