Panasonic microwave inverter hack

Credits to paultonm for figuring this thing out! Ought to be a very capable power supply. I'll upload video once I get it working with my sputtering chamber.
Great tip from Boolf NASA: "I just have one correction, I think the orange line is a "status feedback" line to the original controller and not an enable line, even though it changes nothing to your setup." Thanks for clarifying!
