I really appreciate you making this video and brings an old guy like me who's a big giant Digimon fan Joy lots of old Joy this is my youth right here I seen every single Digimon anime out there I have every single game sadly I lost my toys my action figures but I was able to keep two of my digivices and some of the cards and my movie when it came out in VHS now I have to start all over but you want to know something it's okay because my kids love Digimon more than Pokemon and I'm proud I'm actually proud

I had to say they did really well on this Digivice. My first 1 Digimon toy digivice is 1 purple white D3. At that time we would only be able to play it as a Tamagotchi. I so want the Original Choosen Children digivice. But seeing it was different to the anime ver, I decided not too. This however was almost exact same as the one in the anime. When I reached your recap of all the digimon voices I was all teared up. Those recorded voice over was just fantastic! Sadly, it is too expansive for me. I might have to wait years for someone to resell it with low prices OR when I am successful enough to spend money buying it. I still plan to have it though. No matter how long it takes. Just for the sakes of Nostalgia if anything. Digimon is one of those childhood memories very dear to me, I don't think I want to say farewell to it even when I am old. Thank you for the review!
Note that since this review, an improved version (CSA Digivice Ver. 1999) that focuses solely on the original anime has been released and it's phenomenal. My god that was so cool. I almost shed a tear there. Great digivice and reminded me of how much I loved digimon. Until season 5 came at a time where people were drunk on Pokemon to not care, channel times were awful, it ended where we could have gotten a season 5.2 and the less said about season six and it's second season the better. Bottom line awesome digivice.
Huh. A few months ago, i bought one of the anniversary D-arcs. Basically the same thing. A faithful recreation of the screen used device, cards included.
I think one legit complaint is that it doesn't have Tailmon's rookie to champion/adult evolution, as it DID appear in the original show. Admittedly, it was only once, but it's still fair game. But WOW, I so need to track this thing down. Beautiful.

(^o^) With regard to the boxed figure, that's the Japanese Jogress Evolving Omegamon figure where you could form Omegamon from separate WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon figures. While the design and concept are undoubtedly amazing, the figure had a production flaw where the pearl white plastic, that much of it is made out of, is extremely brittle - causing the arms, legs and various other pieces to crumble and break off upon the lightest play. Coupled with the fact that it saw a very limited release, I was lucky to find one Mint in Sealed Box on auction many years ago. (^.^;)
I wish I hadn’t gotten rid of my old Digivices. I don’t remember why I got rid of them, since I did like Digimon. I basically only watched Digimon the Movie and played with toys and cards until I watched Adventure online and fell in love. And that makes sense because Digimon was always intended to be a teenager show, but the muricans dumbed it down. I love the dub though. I’m not a whiny baby. And I know the difference between rapping and singing.
I watch dub when I was kid... but when I teenage... I watch back in sub... it bring back my childhood memories and everytime evolution ost play... my eyes come to tear as in dub they didn't change it
its a cool item i admit but a bit to pricey for me still having a digimon version of the complete selection later called complet selection modfication line is kinda cool i hope they release a CSA D3 at somepoint also cool decadriver btw.
Actar Raikrit is such a hard name to remember. With 20.000 subs you could change your channel name into something easier to remember, maybe "Actar Reviews". Loved the video, thanks for all the info :)
I will never understand why Holydramon is the expected evolution of Angewomon. Without the tail ring, sure maybe Holydramon would be suitable, but now that she has her Tailring again I had hoped for Ophanimon. It just makes more sense.

X___X Even the $89.51 on the official Bandai website is ridiculous IMO (nvm that's not factoring s&h charges). For what is essentially a light-up *"accessory"* that talks, that's a steep price tag. there's a site called mandarake, you'd have to use google translate to tell what you're reading but it's basically a websites for stores directly in japan and they don't usually have scalper prices. I saw all the digivices there for like $110-$120 or so new in box.
Edit: I was wrong, I paid $190.20 for it. I paid almost exactly $165 CAD for it. I don’t know where you live, but that’s even less in American dollars. Unfortunately, I think the guy was only selling the one.

As cool as this is, the audio highlights a problem with the Japanese version of Digimon that the English dub fixed IMO, and that's how the Digimon's voices don't change enough as they Digivolve, where as in the English dub, the voices change significantly to fit how the Digimon get bigger and stronger as they Digivolve
So because I’m a nerd and a stoner, I have an alarm set for 4:20 PM which is that Digivice beeping, and I’m now waiting for the day when the Digivice goes off right at 4:20 😂 Maybe I should keep it on Palmon.
