Fairy Tail has some of the best combat soundtracks in the anime industry imo. Yes there are many more soundtracks that goes into the sad and more deep meaning behind certain moments and stuff like that, but in terms of just raw awesome output... there is not many that can stand toe to toe with Fairy Tail's combat music
Eh...it sounds very repetitive. So many of them sound like sailor's jigs with electric guitars, not a significant variety of themes.

I am the only person who genuinely likes this anime for what it is. I actually like the power of friendship dynamic it has. And also Fairy Tail is what got me into anime since it was the first anime I ever watched from start to finish...

@@MashuSlyferiux its Not an accurate quote he made there . Haven't watched the scene in a while but I think it was one of the dragon slayer twins who said a rlly similiar sentence after the battle vs the dragons who came from the past .
I know this is a year old but not even close man. It’s fun for sure but it’s not mind blowing. Hunter x Hunter has the best soundtrack in all of anime.

Katherine Playz, a filler is an episode that doesn’t really follow the main story. Basically side quests for shows.

Erza's theme would fit perfectly in a fighting game
I was thinking it sounded just like something out of the Ys games.

This is an opinion I will fight on a hill for; Blazing Dance is the best song in the entire track. It has nice buildup to an intense middle and the ending is very nice and crisp. Genuinely fills me with hype every listen, i've listened to this for 5+ years and it still hasn't gotten old. ESPECIALLY THAT MIDDLE SECTION OF THE SONG, MY GOD the hype is insane, can't get over it.

Ah I've just now realized why I feel like I suddenly loved rock/metal as I've grown older. Not only was I introduced to entry rock/metal as a 10 year old, but I made a conscious decision to watch Fairy Tail, when I was like 12-13 years old, and I loved it. It's just hit me now that most of the OST's have a heavy focus on drums and guitars. The violins and pibes just made it better for a battle shonen

I was advised to not bother watching it because of the absurd lvl of friendship power. Are they saved in each boss fight by friends or something ?

@@gacktdirge17 no the magic system works with emotion. If you have strong emotions your magic will grow. Indeed they mention alot that they are fighting for their friends etc but there is no power ups. People misunderstood (couple of fights yes but like 5 out of 50)

I love all of Fairy Tails music but I can’t lie that Erza’s Theme, Fairy Law Theme, Main Theme and The Celestial Spirit Kings Theme are the ones that give me goosebumps every time I hear them, because you know sh#t is about to go down. Dragon Force is also among them.
Fsiry tail is one of the most emotianal animes ever cause of the fights and epic music!
Fairy tail has taught me that family Important and for that I owe everything to it regardless to what anyone tells me Fairy Tail is my GOD FORSAKEN HOME!!!!!!!!!!
