LMNT has a really good hydration pack. I prefer them over liquid IV. They have a lot of salts but after a workout in my Firefighting gear it’s great ! You should give them a try.

Not sure if Jesse will like the taste of the drink mix. We share the same carb ratio! I definitely gotta make a gel at some point. What are your thoughts on flavored gels? What have you tried?
I am confused. These products aren't made to be good drinks, they are made to hydrate and replenish nutrients. The real test is if they work to keep you hydrated and not cramp up. I mean Mountain Dew tastes wonderful, but it isn't gonna help with hydration or nutrients. 😂

Hydro power I will be trying based on this video, currently I use Pedialite adult sport lemon lime and find it works well for me. Thanks for posting
Hydro power is elite. It tastes good and has helped me ride harder for harescrambles. Garret is a homie and knows what he's doin. #drinkhydropower

I use pedialyte and love it, also recently found Aldi's version but it's very sweet.
Great electrolyte replenisher! It’s so thick and tastes like cough syrup tho 😢

Missing a couple of the best as contents are as important as taste. LMNT and RE-LYTE. Some of the others are so heavy in sugar and carbs.

@@JesseAnsley try bio steel powder and also Kaged. Kaged has a couple of dir=fferent formulas. Some cleaner ingredients in the one.
Oh don’t worry 970mgs(mainly sodium of electrolytes and 40grams of carb will ensure that you to stay hydrated and help get rid of those cramps
