I got a very bad migraine yes but idk if it works. I’m a new revert. But I know I have had something close by. I never really feel alone since I was a child in foster homes. Plus at night i get sleep paralysis since I was a kid. But it’s something I kinda fight my way out of now I’m older I’m better at forcing my body to snap out of it but it takes a hour or so. I know I’m awake I can see my room hear things around me but I can’t speak or move. I’ve learned to try to control my brain into knowing it’s okay and will pass. I just get very hot and sweaty and can’t breath talk or move but I can calm my brain down some.
It’s just like my body is on fire. The more I fight it the hotter it feels. It happens less and less now but still happens I listen to these things and try different ones to embarrassed to go to my new Iman and ask him.

Elə isə biz də öz-özümüzdən soruşaq: Evimizə, ailəmizə, nəfsimizə, malımıza..... bir bəla gəlsəydi və biz də çarəsiz qalsaydıq nə edərdik? Bu gün təkcə İraq və orada ölən günahsız insanlar deyil, bütün bəşəriyyət uçurumun kənarındadır.

Elə isə hamımız birlikdə "ruhumuza” qayıdaq.Qarşısını ala bilmədiyimiz iyrəncliklərin həm dunyanı, həm də ürəyimizi bulandırdığı bir vaxtda "ALLAHIM! Sən əskiklərdən, nöqsanlardan uzaqsan. Biz zalımlardan olduq ” deyə yalvarıb əhv diləyək.
İnanın nəfs, qürur, təkəbbur, laqedlik, həsəd hisslərindən xilas olub ürək yanğısı ilə əllərimizi Ona açsaq, əlimizi boş qaytarmayacaq.
Gəlin, açaq əllərimizi, gecələr və gündüzlər Dualarımizla dolsun... Əmin..🙏

I have a lustful jin inside my body , everytime I read quran or listen to quran even in every day life he tries to irritate me which make my body physically pressurised. I listened to ruqayah but the jin is too stubborn to expel from my body..what can I do now?I'm really hopeless please suggest me for how many days should I listen to this ruqayah and what can I do additionally to expel the jin from my body as soon as possible?

Hi I need help my husband and my baby n my self three of us being effected by shir or jin when ever I lisnt to ruqaya I have re actions for different ruqaya different reactions and even while my baby slping her leg hand will start to shiver and then stop for my husband he will always say like somebody is pulling from his t-shirt when he go to the kitchen n his leg thumb s getting numb and his body he has like somebody has scratched s back.. Stop watching porn and stop using your eyes excessively, the more it looks at dunya the more it wants. Also over using the eyes hardens and blocks the spiritual heart.
