I feel like in the large empty space in the courtyard a small open lawn area would be nice. It would bring some more life to the area as it’s currently dominated by the wooden decking and also would be nice to contrast the brown wood with a bright green lawn. It would also be a good area for your dog to play and do their business without having to go too far to get to a grassy area.
Ryan Johnston I was also thinking the same thing, and maybe put like a play area for Blue on the lawn would be cute, like the one Aiden did a long time ago with the dog trainer house ♥️

So beautiful coming together! How about a little zen garden with a lil fountain where you can read, relax, meditate, yoga, or just sit on your phone and enjoy some nature :D
Some lounging chairs in that open area would look gorgeous!
When theres a large amount of space in the back door my immediate thought is 'pool!!!' Haha loved this vid Devon so excited for the next one ❣

For the part of the bar that's sticking outside of the cinema room, you could put a shelf on the exterior wall and place some small flower pots on it . I think it would look nicer than just adding a raised shrub 😊

Just a suggestion, the two steps upto the allotment area could be moved over a tad...for symmetry'gasm extraness!! 💁

I think the loft area you intended for the guest suite should be for the master. It’s very grand and as a Dream home it would be perfect
Putting in a fountain or sizing up the water feature you put in the front, would be amazing!!! The view from the kitchen will be to die for.

Love the back yard vibes. In the empty space, personally I love a good eater moment pound with fish or some sort of running water feature cus I adore the sound of running water. 🤷

For the decking, How about like a dance area for parties? Dj booth, dance floor, that’s what i’d have!

I used that swing in my Streamlet Single and thought the same when it poofed, but when I went in live mode to playtest it reappeared and was there when I went back in to edit! :) Annoying glitch but easily fixed :3

On that area you could do a yoga area with a bonsai tree, and you can be extra and add some waterfalls.
i really enjoyed this "epsiode" lol. As for the empty space, maybe some cool fountains with the spouty things? or a little play area for Blue? Can't wait to see what you do, and I'm really looking forward to more let's builds in the future :)
You had me laughing quite a bit which is much needed after a stressful week. The estate is coming along swimmingly, I can't wait to see it completed. Love that color on you, btw!

I think a little pool area would be nice in the courtyard, just to take a little dip, and maybe a small patch of lawn aswell :) Also, I thought it would look SO gorgeous if you placed some of the outdoor string-lights around the dining area in the courtyard
This house is absolutely amazing! I hope some day you will be able to build it for real and make your dream come true! Such a nice place to live. As for the empty space outside... maybe just a green area, to balance out the wood and the stones? I have no idea hahaha, but i'm sure you'll do something nice with it. Loved the video, as always! :)
I will definitely load up this house if it is available on my sims 4 game. Its so gorgeous I cant handle it. wish This house could be mine IRL. That empty spot beside the dinning tables you can put yoga mats/ music dj or have it in the corner area.

You can batch fix the pts bench with s4s studio (cats & dogs batch fix) if you still want to use it. Also been really loving this LB! Great job as usual!
That big spot in the courtyard could be good for some sort of outdoor games? I know Sims has Horseshoes, but not sure if that's your thing. Maybe some CC games like a paddleball table or something? Just tossing the idea out.
I think it would be cute if maybe you could large up the mason lights to fit round the ivory on the canopy 🤔 to make it look as though they are wrapped round the beam?! 🙂 and I love love LOVE your videos #alwayslaughing 🤪

I believe 'latern-y' was the word in the previous video. 😂 I don't like going outside that much but oh my God, this garden is making me want to go outside! I really like the hot tub/fire pit area as well as the gaming room, those are so nice! I was cackling when you were putting on the bushes above the canopy and at all the John Maclean words. With the area remaining in the back, I think you should leave that blank - it looks so nice with it blank. I'm so excited for part eight, I can't wait to be ~incredibly moist~.

Hi, this is my favorite series ever from the sims and this house is so so beautiful! For that open area: maybe you can make a sunken in area (like a basement?) with some stairs that go down to it. Then you make an extra room there with an open (or sliding) door and skylights and you have a little hobby room or even an indoor pool. This basement room can even have stairs to the main house. The explanation is probably very weird and complicated but I think it could really look cool (but maybe for another build). Or you could just place some lounge chairs or something? I'm sure it will probably look great anyways! Greetings from Amsterdam!! XX

My favourite thing about cc is that they actually include slots to put things on. A lot of the surfaces in the game barely fit anything even though the surface itself is huge, or it'll only have one slot. They need to rethink clutter and surfaces in ts4.

I downloaded cc for my Sims 2 for the first time yesterday, and I almost cried happy tears when they snapped to all the surfaces, I just went haywire and put stuff everywhere just because I could 😂
maybe a meditation area or i can't remember if you put a pool in already that could be nice (also you grabbed the ice cream maker instead of the popcorn)
In the large area, would a heated pool be something you'd like? I looove love love a nice heated pool, but like you said... it's what you're more into.
That or a nice dance area.
The entertainment features are there, really all in the same area or just off chute from that large area.
Would you see you or your friends prefering a nice heated dip in a heated pool or would a nice tasteful dance area, suit your needs more.
Maybe the intimacy of the jacuzzi is enough water for you and a nice outdoor dance area is much better.

They can get up it. I've planted some things already :)
