What is procedure for claiming insurance for missing person? காணாமல் போனவருக்கு காப்பீடு பெற முடியுமா?
As per Indian Evidence Act, a claim can be received for a missing person only if the person is missing for 7 years minimum. The premium should also be paid regularly for claiming life insurance for missing person.
