*The manufacture of a propeller for an airplane is somewhat complicated but the balance is essential for it to work very well. My congratulations . Angel.*

Your wrong on balancing props!! A prop has to be able to sit in any position without moving much. With your xoar prop how do you know the hub isn't heavy on the other side.

Again we have cones taper WRONG .... rear hub cone taper IN .... front hub cone Taper OUT .... Why ? Check APC Technical Support for manufacturers instructions .... rear taper centres the hub / prop ... flat face of cone at front makes sure prop is perpendicular to shaft same as when on motor. If you put taper at front as well in the non precision shaft hole - it can skew the prop off true perpendicular.

Props never come balanced, close, but not balanced. They all have to be balanced out of the box.
