allie, i’m watching this video to support you, because i loveeee you, and you know that for sure!!! just fyi, i have been a loyal customer of unearthly’s since before they rebranded years ago, but i will no longer support them. i’ve been waiting on my order from december that never arrived, and they haven’t replied to customer service emails for months. she basically ghosted a loyal OG core customer. i’ve defended them for so long, but you don’t do this to customers. i can’t believe how many thousands of dollars on a brand that doesn’t care about their customers, because they only care about the people who they send PR too… i’m not talking about you specifically.
I've had a shady experience with UEC and owners in the past as well.
I had the same problem but just recently got my package under a different tracking number. I had to take screenshots of my sent package that never made it to post office and sent it to the email and instagram. I’m on the east coast and I ordered everything from the spring collection individually. I hope you receive your package.

@@goodwindvlogs it’s been almost 7 months, and the worst part is i’d be ok if she just replied to my MANY dm’s and emails, but she acts like she has NO IDEA what’s going on. 😤😤😤
@@biogirl1381Excellent customer service: Fantasy Cosmetica, Blend Bunny. I got a broken shade in Fantasy's Bard palette when it first launched. Sent picture and email and boom - entire replacement palette sent the next day. One shade in Blends palette busted, same story. The one iffy customer service story I have (and I hate to say it) is Unearthly. A long time ago, at least 2 years ago, I ordered several palettes at once. I think it was Lore, Leather and Lace, and In the Dark. When my order arrived, everything looked great but instead of In the Dark, I was sent Fairy Frolick (which I did not want.) So I very nicely reached out to Amanda and explained the situation. She wanted pictures. She acted like she did not believe me that I was sent the wrong product. I asked for her to send In the Dark. What ticked me off was that she asked me to send Fairy Frolick back!! 😂 To me, this is trouble I did not want or ask for, so I emailed back and said "no, I will not be bothered. I'll keep Fairy Frolick since it's worth more any way." (More expensive). The next day, I ordered In the Dark again and she cancelled the order on me, less than 24 hours later!!! 😂 I was on strike against Unearthly since then but about a month ago, I decided to give her another shot. And no issues so far! 😅
I've only been to the beach one time and it was in North Carolina. I've always wanted to go to Florida and go to the beach but I'm not an outside person. The heat literally sucks the life out of me. I could be outside for 15 minutes and be panting like a dog. It's horrible. I feel like I'm allergic to the Sun ☀️🌞😮
If you do, wear water shoes to help with the feet!

I love a sheen on a bronzer but that is straight up glitter on the face. I think even ppl who do love glowy bronzer wouldn’t like a strip of glitter where you bronze. It could be a beautiful highlighter for deeper skin but that’s about it.
