No! I am Sean Cassidy, son of Ted Cassidy, and my father did not die of acromegaly. I don't understand how this misinformation got started. Dad died of a congenital heart tumor that was discovered too late. I was there at the hospital. Please edit this video to present the truth. I love my Dad, miss him every day, and it saddens me to see this misinformation out there. ..Otherwise, good job and Dad's life and career.
If it's REALLY you then ✌️💓, and I hope they will change the video 🤞🙏, I just want you to know how much I TOTALLY LOVED the character he played,I even had a HUGE Crush on him and I was ABSOLUTELY DYING to know what he looked like without his makeup but it didn't work, I'm REALLY DIGGIN' this stuff about your Dad I TOTALLY DIG LURCH ✌️❣️
You have a great voice for informational vids like this, Id say though that I had a bit of trouble trying to follow along because the topic matter would jump from one to the other so quickly. Id say in the future it might help viewers if you have chapters in your vids and covered one part of the actors life in each chapter. Other than that you clearly have a future in this stuff.
great informative video :) just a couple pronunciation tips: harpsichord is harp-si-cord NOT harp-is-cord dahlia is 2 syllables not 4... dal-ya NOT da-hi-li-ya
I loved THE ADDAMS FAMILY TV series, and watched every episode. Lurch is one of my favorite characters of all time. Ted Cassidy's lasting legacy as Lurch is one of the brightest spots in the otherwise mostly dismal swamp of American culture (his co-actors and -actresses in THE ADDAMS FAMILY series) shine right along with him, of course).
Love the actor but seems that he was only 6´6 or 6´7 tall. 7´1 Richard Kiel is so much larger. An di have friends 7ft tall and they even today looks like 5 inch taller. But he was big. Just not that tall.

Hulk's body is Lou but Ted definitely is the voice
I guarantee that he played the hell out of the harpsichord
Still one of my top 3 extremely tall favorite actors
Good video bud
Interesting/informative/entertaining. Not too shabby a career accruing 5-million💰 dollars😳.
Very sad !
