HRC55 | Universal Health Coverage Is a Fundamental Pillar of Social Protection, WHO Says

Speaking on a panel discussion on the rights of the child at the @unitednations Human Rights Council, Anshu Banerjee said that the gaps and inequities in inclusive social protection systems are undermining children’s health and well-being.
The Director of Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health and Ageing at the World Health Organization (@who) stressed that universal health coverage is a fundamental pillar of social protection.
