I really like how the "askers" are utilized in this story. We aren't just people learning about Gaster, we seem to be other beings with power so great that we can override his initial response to leave the void. He even feels us following him and our continued whispers seem to be overwhelming at times.
So far, the asks have been friendly, what happens when unfriendly ones pop in.
Let's hope someone unfriendly doesn't come around

Question for Gaster: Do you ever feel like your experiments are a bit too dangerous? Extracting determination is one thing but from your recent involvement with the core, It just sounds like the whole environment is a disaster waiting to happen.
To Dr. Gaster:
I know you have a lot of questions right now, so I thought that I'd clear up a few things. The black pit that you find yourself in is dubbed "The Void." Essentially, if you're in the Void, you technically don't exist. Neither does any memory having to do with you past an odd sense of deja vu. While in the Void, you can see the world you came from as well as other versions of yourself. If I'm remembering correctly, there's a grey door in Waterfall that connects the Void with your world. However, I don't know how you can access it without someone opening it from the outside. So until you can get out, here's a cat to keep you company! *cat spawns in front of Gaster*
Question for Gaster: Do you know who the Annoying Dog is?
A suggestion for gaster for no reason: I think playing fewer experiments in the void could help with boredom
To Dr. Gaster,
Have you considered talking to these other versions of yourself in the dreams? You might get something out of it, like where you’re at, what’s going on. Maybe it’ll help expand the knowledge that you have there.
Another thing, have you considered the multiverse? The idea of multiple realities? Myself and your assistant (I know who you’re talking about, she seemed like a depiction of a dinosaur, but her name escapes me) have theorized the idea that some of the fiction we watch (like your assistant’s anime series) is real in another world.
Anyways, here’s something for the trouble *leaves a bag of a McDonalds meal with a drink*, some food from the modern surface, and a gift. *Leaves a laptop with a CD marked in sharpie “Undertale”

To Gaster: I don't know if you are aware but... you are not the only one of your kind out there. Of yourself. Do you know how many alternate universes there are, how many copies of yourself there are? Think about that for a little while...

This is not work related, but I thought it'd be interesting to know. The Lab Coat you wear, was that offered by the King and Queen as a kind of work attire or did you just buy it from a store in the underground? Is it tailored to you specifically or is it just a normal everyday lab coat?
For Gaster, when you fell into you machine you got blasted in to the void where it as you can tell is darker, darker, yet darker…..also everyone on in and out of the underground completely forgot about you existing at all so yeah.
PS, try to keep your sanity in check because that is the only way to get out of the void if you want to get out.
Question for Gaster: What do you think about the fact that human souls can persist after the body has died? Are you aware that the souls can still feel. Humans sometimes run into the problem of wayward souls causing trouble for the living.

So uh hi Gaster, I really hope you're.... fine? But I have a few questions:
1. What happened with your umm...... head? Skull? I don't really know but it's something your face.
2. I know the feeling of being forgotten or trapped in something you............... can't...... somewhat escape. But how long are you stuck in the void? If months then it's recent, years then you are there still finding a way out, centuries then you really are trapped in something you can't escape like some people are but not something like the void.
3. Are you aware that there is a chance that you can be stuck in there........... Forever? If not,.......... then you really have a strong determination to escape the void you are in.

I can’t help but notice you’re going through a bit of a mental struggle, so I’d suggest trying to breathe. At least you can still watch them!
I do have another question to distract you however;
I have seen some iterations of monster souls that actually do wield color, according to what you had said, this seems nearly impossible, have you ever seen anything similar to this? Like a tint of color on monster souls due to large amounts of said trait?
Hey gaster, a possible theory on why they don't look bothered by your disapperence is possibly because the voids time is different than your worlds time. Perhaps your seeing things speed up or it could be that you were simply erased from that world. It's not a nice thought but we must consider all aspects.
