i luv how everyone lost it with finn... the funniest thing ive ever heard, even if caspar was barely on the vampires diaries or the originals. he was gradually missed and i appreciate that fans rmmbr him now than they did back then when he tried to kill his siblings twice with esther and then by himself, his first death nobody mourned him except for rebekah, until his second death and last 5mins. he was redeemed and died a hero. where everybody aside from rebekah, avenged finn by murdering lucien. and yet plec had an opportunity to resurrect henrik through esther's revival in s2, she brought ansel, kol and finn back, but not henrik. wouldv liked to have seen devon join the show as teen henrik who wouldv been a witch or vampire in his original body. i mean, i can understand not freya bc esther always believed she was dead, after she sent her away, tho never did a locator spell to find freya and fight for her. instead she had an affair with ansel after elijah was born... and while mikael was grieving freya. he came home, forbid ansel to be apart of klaus' life and klaus was raised by a man who valued only strength. meanwhile i always thought finn knew the truth abt klaus. he was always watchn the wolves turn into beasts, probably with kol and rebekah. kobekah were so close. elijah/rebekah looked out for klaus mostly. finn was always jealous and was like the bully sibling and judge his brothers and sisters... so yea they abandoned him bc he was afraid to embrace his vamp side, tho he turns a girl he loves becomes daggered by the five, and is separated from her for 900yrs only to die several months later with her. finn will always be rmmbr as the plot device of importance. he died with his true. he came back mad before of that box, trapped in a witches body, then his original, only to die a few days later after kol was resurrected) one thing i enjoy abt this show, are the mikaelson sibling rivalry. good or bad. vincent was right. always trust a mikaelson to back another mikaelson... no matter what. in the end. finn died knowing his younger brothers and older sister did care about him. he was loved even tho he was the blacksheep mikaelson. none of them asked how he felt to be what he was, he wasn't guided to be what klelijah / kolaus / klebekah / kobekah / relijah / freylijah / freybekah / freyol / kleya were. and all bc of klaus felt more guilt that he blamed himself for henrik's death by ansel's pack families. if only esther told the truth abt kleya ~mayb esther's children wouldv been closer than what they were for over a thousand years. but srsly why JP&MN never brought henrik back, ill never know. he's the only mikaelson who still didnt cheat death, stayed dead and never rose from it to haunt his siblings, like s2finn. i think henrik wouldv had something in common with finn. henrik was abandoned and forgotten by his own family too. i wudv thought the ancestors, not the tvd spirits. thought plec wouldv resurrected henrik through the destruction of the ancestral plane when davina destroyed it. their failsafe wouldv been henrik since esther was a regent of the quarter covens. jsIMHOofc. i wonder if teen-henrik wouldv acted the same way finn did towards mikael/esther, and their siblings, even haylope, cami, caroline, josh, vincent, marcel, keelin and davina. the chances of seeing henrik wouldv been epic, not2mention i wanted to see tatia's child turn out to be apart of rebekah's sireline or even inadu's mother. i sensed in tvds3 rebekah/tatia were besties, and adored her child like klelijah did. srsly we got katherine's daughter nadia, but not tatia's. hell, we even got amara, who was in love with silas. either henrik or tatia's child wouldv been a better bigbad for s4-5. the hollow/inadu character ruined the series tbh... worst villain ever. the young actress was fine, but inadu felt like a repetition of silas/amara. the first immortal vampires. and inadu was the first werewitch hybrid, and haylope's ancestor too. ofc one mention of tyler dead and nobody knows how he died when freya found out. so tyler/haylope were distant pack allies. meaning the lockwood pack were royalty too.
