Spotting a mirror being sold by a merchant, RNGJesus pretended to look at the piece so he could see who was following him. A few men. Their leader wore a brigandine under a robe, as well as a mace and a buckler, a modest set. However, compared to the others he saw the man might have been wearing plate. Most wore sackcloth, a few wore tunics. A motley lot, with a few miners, a few farmers, a butcher, but most seemed to be little more than beggars were they not armed. For a moment the leader of the group looked away and nodded. More of them. The street he was in was too crowded to defend himself so he instead decided to head to a less packed street, allowing the men to follow him. To call Cutter's Row a slum would be like describing the sun as bright.The city watch dreaded entering the slums, and at numerous points the duke would have to send his own men into the area or mercenaries to quell the rampant violence and thievery that occurred in that slum. It was a haven for rapists, murderers, and cultists. RNGJesus knew he was likely walking into his stalker's home territory but it was better than risking the safety of innocents. Besides, in the open streets of Cutter's Row, he could move freely. Stopping in the middle of the street, RNGJesus turned to face his stalkers. "So, what is it you want with me?" RNGJesus asked as he drew his blade. "Your blood. Obviously." The leader responded, speaking as though he were asking for a cup of flour. Behind him, RNGJesus could hear movement. Turning his head just enough to see them, he saw numerous men in sackcloths, a few in rusty mail, but for the most part it were a group of vagrants. RNGJesus moved his foot so as to face them only to swivel back around, bringing his sword back with it, cutting through the miner who was charging towards him, bone and pickaxe clattering on the mud road. Soon another foe stepped forward, a man in a leather hood wielding a whip lashed at RNGJesus's sword. However, RNGJesus wrapped the whip around his sword and pulled the whip away and charged the assailant. As the cultist's dagger left his sheath, RNGJesus had run the man through, impaling the cur. RNGJesus ripped the sword of the man's gut, spilling the man's intestines and carving through an man's hand and into his head just as the new victim raised his club to strike at RNGJesus. RNGJesus could hear another man charging him from behind so at the last moment he ducked, causing the pitchfork to go over his head, using the force with which he knelt to pull his sword free of the third man's skull. RNGJesus swung around, disemboweling the farmer-turned-Davkul worshiper just as he made to strike again. A man in rusty mail charged RNGJesus with a goedendag and brought the weapon down to try and crack open RNGJesus' head. RNGJesus brought his sword over his head, guiding the goedendag to the ground before impaling the man in the throat. As the man clutched at his throat, RNGJesus stood up and grabbed the man, using him as a buckler as he charged a group of cultists with slings. As the stones broke through his make-shift-shield's nasal helm, RNGJesus threw the corpse away and used his momentum to cleave through the group as a farmer might with rye or wheat. A butcher hacked at him, but his armor deflected the blow, so RNGJesus slammed the guard of his blade into the man's nose, driving the bone into his brain. Discouraged, all of the cultists began to run. Except their leader. Their leader approached RNGJesus cautiously, mace and buckler ready. RNGJesus made to lunge, causing the cultist to try to bring his buckler to bear only for him to stop when he noticed RNGJesus had merely feinted. RNGJesus allowed an opening, causing the cultist to strike with his mace only for RNGJesus to sidestep out of the way and bring his sword down hard on the cur's head, cleaving down to the neck and nearly breaking the sword. RNGJesus looked at the carnage around him. "Well, at least your armor and weapons will pay for the repairs." RNGJesus said as he stooped down to start taking the loot of the lead cultist.
