Usually Gaming mice come with software or a button on the mouse that allows you to change the DPI. The reason you should use 8 bars is that it it the only sensitivity in game that has an even X-Y (Up and Down) movement. Try it, open SA:MP and set your sensitivity to 1 in the options. Then aim with a weapon and move your mouse left to right, now try moving it up and down. You will see that the up and down movement is alot faster. 8 Bars is the only setting where they are both the same.
