2 years ago when i went to gilgit with my friend and little brother i was passing the chillas from dassu at 10 pm and when i reached gilgit they were saying to me that you did a very wrong thing to go through dassu and passing the chillas at night. So after research on this route , i”ll find that i was lucky that someone didn’t loot me or attack us😮. But today i”ll still remember i was driving and moon was full and i could see the black mountains of chillas everywhere and i was afraid while driving, because I didn’t see any car around us within 20 km of radius . But thanks to allah , because my little brother and my friend was with me I couldn’t forgive myself, if anything happens to them.

In dudipatsar babusar national park such incidents of robbery and killings are common ....
I travelled to lullusar lake in 2012 and escaped the mass robbery and killing incident by the narrowest of margins.
First time tracked to dudipatsar in 2017 and local guide told us robbery incidents are frequent so we took all precautions and even paid for the security while camping at mullah ki basti
And last year we did besal to ratti galli track but we carried weapons for safety and after we came home another incident of robbery and killing was happened at norri top ...

I am not from Chillas, but wait, if let's say someone from Islamabad or Karachi or Gilgit or Skardu (wherever), comes to Lahore and gets looted (as there are already several such robbery cases being reported daily/weekly), who is to be blamed? All Lahoris? Because they cannot help the victim find the robbers? Because Punjab police will only write the report/fir and do nothing more?
