Ichigo didn't beat him.Aizen was sealed.Also because Aizen was immortal.So killing him is not easy.That's why it took both Urahara and Ichigo to defeat and seal aizen.However at the end in TYBW it was aizen who saved Ichigo otherwises yhwach literally oneshoted ichigo.Ichigo is stronger and aizen has magical abilities.Both are same level

Yamamoto isn't stronger than any member of Squad 0, they all have greater reiatsu than him, Senjumaru's reiatsu alone would have destroyed the three realms, Yamamoto's reiatsu didn't even affect Soul Society And he didn't even one shoted Lloyd Royd with his full Bankai.
