In the introduction to the Course in Miracles, it says that the Course can be summed up very simply: ‘Nothing real can be threatened and nothing unreal exists, herein lies the peace of God.’
That's it in a nutshell, that the mind of God is the mind of love. We are ideas in the mind of God and God is the ultimate reality with a capital R. When we are thinking with God means we are thinking with love, we are literally co-creating with God and all of our co-creations with God are real with a capital R. Everything that is not love is a hallucination. It is a mortal illusion.

That is the best explanation that I have ever heard. I have practised a course in miracles for two years trying to absorb it fully into my life, but filled with questions, with my ego pecking but " what about this, what about that in this crazy messed up world"..Marianne just lifted the veil.. an astoundingly clear explanation of what IT is all about. My lifelong path and oh boy she is brave to be so public about this esoteric body of work. Especially in this modern era where Christianity is being looked at askance. Not for the faint of heart but so profound and exquisitely scribed. Glad to see this otherworldly approach is gaining momentum.

as a therapist, i work to help people realize this...if and when they do...they will no longer need therapy...and i would gladly go out of business!
I am 60, age 29 I studied “A course in miracles”. I was at rock bottom before stumbling over the book in a gem shop. Every week for 1 year I attended a group meeting with about 8 others. I went on to read Maryannes book “A return to Love”. I know my foundation and understand only love is real. Find the course online and do yourself a favour. I am an Aussie, but I sure hope she becomes Americas next President. Shes got the ground work and ethics. She needs support because shes female and attractive. The corrupt politician will not know what to do with her, so they will try to destroy her every chance they get. Good Luck Marianne, You can do it!

I can remember the first time I opened A Course in miracles book. I was overwhelmed and thought I cannot comprehend. I told this to the group I was going to and they said pray to your higher knowing for comprehension or pray to God or pray the Holy Spirit for your comprehension of what you're reading.
you go towards the back ..1 lesson each day .. follow the instrctions for the lessons.. 1 a day.. There are references to that lesson in the feont .. but at some point will not follow. in the same manner.
Course student 4yrs and I can't imagine going back after what I've learned. Such an awesome way to live! Fear is everywhere on this insane planet. A Course in Miracles is a map out of hell. The Ego Mind - The Greatest "Con - Artist " of All!
Williamson is yet another insidious ego out for cash.
@@williamoarlock8634 I followed her for years because I loved ACIM magnificent teachings, but when I heard her consistently bash politicians, and then dump all over Trump viciously, I dropped out because its not practicing what you preach, which is to see the God in everyone and Namaste from that point. Ooops, we all forget. We are a society moving in that direction at a snails pace, most spiritual experts (if there is such a thing) predict 4 generations to transform to a more open spiritual heartsease with no one and nothing excluded.

There are some things that happen to us that have nothing to do with us- I don’t think it’s right to have to feel responsible for every single negative thing that can possibly go wrong or happen to us as individuals.
There are innocent children - babies even - who have done nothing wrong or have loveless thoughts- yet mean and horrible things happen to the innocent. So I don’t believe we as individuals can be responsible for everything that happens to us as individuals in this crazy world situation. To some small degree that those unconscious or conscious negative thoughts will reflect back to us in some way- maybe. But to think we have such utmost control over the universe simply by our various ways of thinking is a bit preposterous
Oh goodness now I found something that truly upset me. I believe my facilitator brought me into the course in miracles over 25 years ago. She said we were all teachers and students that's why I stayed there was no DIVISION no one ABOVE or BETTER than the other. Now I see division and hierarchy (EGO). I heard you say unless you've gone all the way through those lessons you are not any kind of teacher.
Okay, I love Marianne but my brain is not able to bring this all together. I need to take some shrooms so I can let this new information in?

Absolutely amazing, thank you. I truly believe. I think some of my family may think I’m losing it! I think they have, they absolutely need to forgive, work through, and it’s draining, they all need to look deeply. It’s crazy to me thinking and feeling all our families been through, their eyes aren’t open! Hearts, minds, souls, they really I hope can get together and realize, I’m doing my best to bring all together, I keep sharing to them, it’s what’s in your hearts.

These are not spiritual basics. This is advanced and complex - as complicated as high level physics, math, finance, economics or law. The basics would have been a highlight say 3 concepts. I was waiting for a summary in the end but there was none. This is way beyond the reach of a common person - who is interested, like me. I understand the importance of solving problems at root cause. At the same time in the state we are in the world we may have to take a dual approach of 1) solving at the Root-Most cause possible because of sheer inertia of people or resistance from the entrenched establishment. 2) Also working at the symptom level of applying band aids for immediate relief for the grievously wounded. Just like a severely wounded accident victim. 1) stem the bleeding first - symptom/effect. 2) then do the required surgery - root cause/cure.
A Buddhist here who really appreciates the analogies to help me keep up lol

I have always loved Marianne Williamson's work and language. With all due respect now, I have a hard time with the new thought language that sounds and feels spiral and evasive of the shadow and violence that we are seeing and living with right now. Specifically, white supremacy among us run amok. When we have mass shootings and war in our streets, group against group, lie against lie, we need strong, clear language that heals at the level of cause rather than talk about illusion. Words have power. Please economize, clarify and help us all understand what the Spirit really wants from us right now. Thank you.
The only spirit who can tell you
that is the Holy Spirit.
You are taking on the weight of the world into your own spirit. Learn to wane off of that course of over burdened concern and to navigate within your own space of existence. There won't be an abrupt change to the thoughts and emotional direction of the entire planet overnight, we can only affect what is placed within the borders of our own spiritual regions today.
In other words; work to promote love within the boundaries of your spirits capacity. God is handling all else beyond it, no matter the despair that may be portrayed before us. We can only lead those sent to listen.
In my opinion ACIM utilization of Christian terms is simply because it's true. There is One Christ. No reason to defend it from the crucifuers. Jesus will unveil. ❤
Christian's marketing: Jesus is the story line, finished with the fear line. Believe or ELSE. The Romeo & Juliet syndrome. You fall in love with the story, only to be dismayed by its ending...Christianity. It's not real. NDE's, Regression therapy (Reincarnation)...Jesus doesn't unveil anything. In my opinion.
@@razony He, the actual head of the Christ is personal. He communes with us as the subconscious living Word. The Believe or else paradigm is what I would tell my children too if I understood the consequences of unbelief.

Furthermore Ms. Williamson seems to always caveat the use of supposed Christian language when in fact its the same truth. No reason to defense. I know we all dislike the preacher culture but that's a needed expression

I was recently fired for commenting on the beauty of another man. I went home and mulled over my options. I decided to sue them. $1.2 million. I did future of the LGBTI a huge favor. Because of my actions employers might treat their Gay employees with dignity. I’m 60 and have seen the closeted and the open minded free spirited. My dear friend commented “ You fought the haters and won.
Well even so Marianne have inspired many to open Acim it is a book that has been (mis)interpreted and distorted by many incl Marianne herself.
It is not meant to be interpreted. Period. This demonstrates impotency of the mind thinking holy concepts..thoughts appearing to be holier than other thoughts.
These are all things Acim suggests not to do.
It asks you to seek ONLY the experience. (What?) period.
This effort here is simply teaching that explaining (theology) is the way. It is not. It’s really confusion of levels where “teacher of god” is demonstrating exactly what Acim says not to do and many will follow this example life over and over.
Acim is a course in Presence. Presence radiates. It generates an experience which is an ignition of feeling which is the love of God in us and to radiate it. Teach only love means ooze only love. Talking teaches that talking is the way. It’s not. See for yourself; Here from the book itself
Your holiness is the salvation of the world. It lets you teach the world that it is one with you, not by preaching to it, not by telling it anything, but merely by your quiet recognition that in your holiness are all things blessed along with you.
This is simply a denial of what Acim says demonstrated over and over. This is where you want others to join in what you yourself are terrified to be.
Clever is not an attribute of God as is perception no matter how seemingly purified.

She's taking the safe line between religion and spirituality. She is philosophizing the biblical story line while combining the non-religions, spiritual line. The majority of Christian fundamentalists are in love with the 'story' of Christ, and not the reality of Christ. (He never existed.) Not to say anything of her passivists line...That's a LOADED human stance that brings much resistance to being real in a real world. She's a very intelligent woman. I have to wonder what 'truly' motivates her. Truth? Love? Love for money and fame? (Ego.) Something is off with her, then again, there's something off with all of humanity. But she's the one making theses video's.
It is possible to teach religion. You can only BE a spiritual presence.

Teaching religion and being spiritual is kind of redundant and difficult. In religion, one usually is very rigid and closed minded. Where being spiritual, one is open minded to all possibilities that exists. Reincarnation is a good example. The church left it out and because of that. The majority of believers, DO NOT believe in reincarnation. Reincarnation does exist. Humanity has the evidence to say with certainty. How does one teach reincarnation is real in religion and still be spiritual?

the truth is my god and science my religion. i don't see why i should not be spiritual without the need for a omnipotent being. as for love, I'm full of it. i had enjoyed listening to you and though i believe you to be a very special person. i don't think i can vote for you for president. there needs to be a separation between God and state.
