Great video, I have 12 of these mats I have extensively reviewed and tested. In my 2024 buyers guide part 2, I give 10 reasons why you don't want to get any of the Chinese gemstone/ FIR /PEMF mats; the main reason being they ALL - without exception - simply pulse 60 hz (or 50hz) from the wall (no real signal generator in any of them). That is EMF , not PEMF! We need to get the word out to avoid these mats because as you say they are VERY good at marketing and tens of thousands of people are getting duped into getting them [sadly].
You’re absolutely right many of these mats may market themselves as offering PEMF therapy, but the lack of a real signal generator and reliance on 50/60Hz power frequency means they’re not delivering the therapeutic PEMF benefits people expect. Getting the word out about these issues is key, and I agree, the marketing can be very convincing.
Yes, while versatility has its benefits, if you're looking for a top-quality PEMF mat, it’s better to focus on a device that excels specifically in PEMF therapy. A "jack of all trades" mat that tries to do many things might not deliver the best results compared to one that is dedicated and optimized for PEMF therapy.
We don't like to name brands as this could create a baist towards others. All brands of multi therapy mats come from the same few suppliers in China they are easy to spot as they all look the same as each other but just may be different colours and offer the same therapies like heating, gemstones, negative ions, infrared, PEMF etc.

People really need to learn that’s not the full quote jack of all trades master of none often better than master of one
