Har industry mei hota hai with slightly different magnitudes may be. So what's so different about Bollywood or Desi Film Industry at large? People have to set their expectations right. Not get bogged down by people teaming against you. 1. Do your best at the core requirement 2. Appreciate others to a healthy extent 3. Market your work to a healthy extent. 4.Avoid detailing your plans to anyone 5. Never get drunk with work folks. Last but not the least - hardwork & perseverance have no replacements. I think the problem with SSR was he was a bit too sensitive. Not cut out for Bollywood in the traditional sense. His work was good but conduct and PR was not aligned with industry practices/standards.

Sometimes they put you in positions of compromise, blackmail you & make you dance to their tune. It’s not at all something you can just explain with “it happens in corporates”. Just without any kind of conviction from police!
No doubt Sushant was a great human being, but in our society there are third class people everywhere who try to take advantage even of the death of someone just for their own benefit.

SUSHANT SINGH RAJPUT was an educated man who had no godfather and was an outsider, who despite having no support, even from his family(atleast initially) survived among the Sharks. He was always treated as an outsider for obvious reasons, hence all the pleasing he had to do later on.
