- Our first week of Summer is met with fevers and sickness. Atlee is sick again and has a fever that just won't go away. Our poor girl is feeling so miserable! Hopefully the rest of us don't catch it!

Also looked like her shaking could of been mild febrile seizures they can also happen when the fever breaks or if their temp goes up really fast or is very high

You may not given ibuprofen to small children under the age of 12. Its a very strong medicin. You better start with paracetamol.
They have Ibuprofen for children
You can from 6months and up please do not state misleading information. Many doctors say you can as well.

I can see the shake ness in Atlee feels like my little sister breaks my heart with a fever I would keep her warmed up in a blanket and keep her calm and stay with her you are a good mom to help her out when Atlee your daughter is sick with a fever keep her warmed up in a blanket so she doesn’t shake when she’s cold your a good mom and sorry you have to go through all the sickness with your kids taking them to the doctor

Get Well Soon. If you not feeling go to ER to check for infection or doctor in the morning don't wait in middle in the night go to straight ER if the fever is getting worst. I had very dangerous high fever last year I call 911 EMS to the hospital highest fever I never had before. It start like your daughter did 99.0 F to 100.0 slowly into 101.5 into 102.0 on edge of 103.0 F I dial 911 went to the hospital my whole bed soak with my sweat the doctor gave special liquid threw IV help cools my body temperature down to 98.0 F normal temperature wait eight hours in the ER for high fever goes down. Try Gatorade special electro Vitamin C drink for kids and adult at the supermarkets my doctor told me drink the Electro Vitamin C drink to help you recover the bad flu in the body. Get Well Soon Atlee sending lots of loves hugs and prayers for the speedy recovery.

Yeah 👍 It’s viral not bacteria 🦠 infections and that’s what I knew I was diagnosed it and was treated with medication 💊 but antibiotics the antibiotics aren’t working symptoms are just keep getting worse

I wonder if she is better now? Did you take her to the Dr? If these fevers keep persisting …please get her checked out….the Tyne lol and ibuprofen will only help lower the temp for awhile, but if she has a bacterial infection or a viral thing ,,.you need to find out what your dealing with to know, if she needs antibiotics or some other treatment ..only the Dr and further testing I’ll be able to tell if she an Infection. I’m sure as her mom you know this, but there’s nothing worse than a sick child and you feeling helpless ..
