I have MacBook Air and I can’t open the nagrok every time I try it says no such file or der what I have to do

when I put in the 1s it comes up with command not found: ngrok and I can't figure out how to fix

My did not install that way, and the terminal shuts down before I could enter any commands and then locks me out🤷🏽‍♂️
