She sounds like a tired old woman who just can't quit the stage. I'm, sorry, I'd like a woman her age still on stage carrying on her career, no matter how reduced how followers are, but she has totally lost all singing capabilities. And i don't mean to wilfully offend her but it is just true.
well if there are 100s of us who don't think this way, then it's not true is it..? it's your opinion and that is ok, but it isn't the truth. if there are 100s (maybe 1000s) of us who will happily, even delightedly, go see her shows now and enjoy the performances, all the different arrangements and evolutions of tori as a performer...and she is keen to perform and having a good time jamming with her band, then there is a complete validity in being there. also i am a singer, and from my perspective she certainly has not "lost all singing capabilities". For a start most of these videos are not professional recordings so they are not accurate. and...you are just hearing a different voice than what you have heard before, and at times it is a little weakened as i hear it but gees, give any artist some shows to warm up a little when it has been a huge chunk of years since they performed (longer break than ever)...!
You're right. Fans will make a long list of reasons why. I would not pay to see that. It's like someone trying to do a bad karaoke version of her song. She seems a shell of her former self. It doesn't seem that she is even trying, just seems to be going through the motions.
Totally disagree. I find it incredibly beautiful and she still carries it like a champ. But most of all: Don’t judge a performance by some crappy cell phone recording, don’t assume this woman might have had her followers reduced in any way because of diminished talents and certainly don’t sell your own opinion as a general truth. And, no offense, of course.

Of course her voice has changed. Time takes its toll. But I am so grateful that she performs, albeit differently, but she gives joy and pleasure.
