- Hey Team, trying to keep it simple these days so you guys can continue along with your gains at home.
If you enjoyed this, I have an entire single kettlebell and bodyweight program on my site with workouts just like these, including warm-ups and decompressions...
And the best part is all you need is one kettlebell. Link below.
www.ericleija....
I use a 16kg kettlebell in this workout that you can get here www.onnit.com/eric

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*
As a newbie to kettlebell training, this was great! Thank you for breaking down the moves to beginners like me can practice it
Glad it was helpful! Plenty more where this came from. Be sure to subscribe!
After couple of months experimenting with different KB exercises, this was exactly what I needed! Thanks my friend, great training!
Happy to help!
@@EricLeija I didn't manage to go through 5 sets of both isolated and flow movements. I hit the ceiling at 3. Do you recommend trying further, or doing something less challenging? I mean, I really enjoyed it, but its very hard.
Hrvoje Odak it’s okay to not be able to finish at first. You can either lower the weight, and go for more sets if you need too, this can help with muscular endurance.
or you can just Keep the weight the same going till failure every time, as long as your form is good. You will see progress on how far you can go in no time 👍
@@EricLeija thanks man, I really appreciate your help!
Real blaster! Waiting for more complex routins with single KB!
More to come!
Good job.
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow. Impressive. I like how you do the sets first, then the flow. Thank you.
Glad you like it!
Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
Damn! Amazing workout! Thanks! Hello from Russia, bro!
👌🔝
Hey man what times of the day are you taking your GH and what other peptides are you doing with your TRT?
Does this work the same if you don’t lather yourself in Vaseline and wear a shirt?
Awesome! Thank you!
You bet!
Can I do this 3 times a week and do some other exercises in between or is it too much?
I'm doing, this workout every other day. Then do a body project (RUclips channel) workout. It's More low impact, high energy cardio.
First week doing this twice per week, 3 rounds working up to 5. Will alternate with this one week to week, ruclips.net/video/yrKwqP2VSdA/видео.html
Oh! Thanks but no thanks. Too advanced for me. Two sets and I felt woozy. I am 55 and in average shape. Got anything for a grandpa like me?
I'm same age, weak and bad shape and made it all the way through with a 3kg makeshift replacement for a kettlebell. Maybe you're aiming too high with too much weight.
You got this!
5 sets 20-30 sec rest between sets:
1. Deadlift - 10 reps
2. Gorilla Rows - 5 reps each arm
3. Squats - 5 reps each side
4. Strict press - 5 reps each arm
Rest 2 min
5 sets 20-30 sec rest between sets:
Flow Complex - 10 reps (5 left side, 5 right side)
1 Deadlift
1 Row
1 Squat
1 Press
Recovering from a year of cancer treatments.
I needed this.
Motivated and coming back strong.
Thanks, Eric
Great to hear the good news on your recovery. Best wishes and God Bless, sir
The most inventive trainer on the interwebs. Been implementing your ideas to my workout and since then, it does not feel like drag at all. Thanks for all the conent.
Love to hear that! Happy to help.
These videos are amazing. They are keeping me sane during the lockdown. Thanks Eric for the motivation.
hello sir, how heavy is the kb and do you guys sell them?
16kg you can get them here. www.onnit.com/eric. Use code "primal" to save 10% off
I really enjoy this workout. But I notice it primarily impacts my lower back more than the other muscle area’s. Is this normal?
Some of the movement do focus on your low back muscles but overall you shouldn't be feeling that primary muscles being worked is low back. Be sure your form is good. Make sure you are picking up the bell with your legs and not your low back!
Hands down, this is one of the best kettlebell workouts I have ever done! I wasn't convinced at first by the chained movement. I was used to conventional x reps per exercise. But I really loved how the each exercise flowed with another to chain into a one, complex movement hitting whole body. Thank you for this workout.
You're so welcome!
Deadlift
Row
Clean
Squat
OHP
Repeat!
hi eric. Was wondering , what is your fitness routine like. Do you only do kettlebells or incorporate gym weight lifting as well. do you also switch it up often. etc etc
Its really a pity with these nice gym to have as sign and symbol a demon down right below on the screen
Be aware
Great juicy boy workout 4 a rest and recover day. I used 14kg
Yes! Finallly a kettlebell routine I can understand and follow at home! All I've got are two kettlebells and a pull-up rod, but I'm way too tall to do pullups in our apartment. I can just barely do that kettlebell push-up with legs spread wide! Time to start growing muscle instead of fat 🤘
hell yeah lets get it 💪🏽
This guy is a beast. Thanks for the video bro, going to be useful working out from home to keep the gains!!! You have gained a new sub. Keep up the good work! Peace
This is the best combination; DL , Row, Clean Squat, Press. With 2 Kettebel is wonderful.Perfect Range of motion of máster Eric.Cardio and strength.
Glad you like it!
Is this considered full body workout? Does it leverage biceps/triceps/chest?
yes, full body - if you think about the moves included, the workout includes biceps (row), triceps (overhead press), chest, legs (squat, deadlift), and a lot of core/abs across the board
Just the movements in separate:
Deadlift: 0:27
Gorilla Rows: 0:56
Squats: 1:22
Strict press: 1:55
"Flow": 2:52
Thanks for chaptering this out
It would help if you stated if a workout is for strength, hypertrophy or conditioning. Just a hint.
How many kg the KB ?
24kg
This is my favourite routine!!
Did this today, challenging and I love it. Love the breakdown then going in to the flow. Thanks Eric!
Fantastic!
Kettlebell squat hold the palm of your hand in the middle of your chest and push from the hills so your elbow won’t come out. Awesome exercise I’ll be doing it . Looks fun
How'd it go! Glad you are enjoying the content

💪
This guy's form is incredibly good. Pleasure to watch.
John Hunt practice makes perfect
can i do this everyday?
Daaaaamn! This is not easy.
When you say pull the bell down on a press it makes so much sense. If you don’t go down slows you just bang your shoulder
I think I have gotten some of my best training in years from these videos. I recently got into training with kettlebells and now I wish I had started sooner. Thanks Eric
Hell yeah brotha! Keep it going 💪🏽
