I’m retired but can’t do too much movements. I used to walk the track. Though it was hard work I knew what it was like to feel great and shop for nice clothes. I movedi nJanuary from a 8 1/2 room house, a garage and 2 storage sheds and an attic and 4 room basement to a 6 room house with an attic and garage. I got rid of alot of stuff and still have stuff to purge..but you will feel alot better if you put stuff away and THEN go shopping.
