In real life i reality check for something so sligtly odd like basicly for nothing and then in dream i am on a cheese planet fighting with coconut man singing coconut song and its completily ok
I had a dream within a dream 2 days in a row now. In one of them I was sure I was dreaming, but i still wanted to do a reality check. Before i had the chance to do it, i opened my eyes in bed. I went outside to tell my parents that i almost had a lucid dream, then i thought of the possibility that i am still dreaming. I tried two reality checks, and both didn't work. Then i really woke up. The frustration was incredible.
They call that a false awakening. I think you're supposed to do reality checks every time you wake up so if you have a false awakening again you'll do a reality check and find out if you're still dreaming or not.
After coming back to your videos, I had my second lucid dream and it was awesome! It lasted for a little while too especially with everything that was going on.
At some point do you get so good that you don’t even have to think about it? Like you literally go to sleep and boom you’re in a dream that becomes lucid almost instantly
QQ: I know it’s a bit... how do I say... mad but I’ve never lucid dreamed before and do you advise lucid dreaming about zombies black ops to be precise. Lol
It takes time to train your brain, so I don’t think getting into the habit of dream journaling and reality checks will work INSTANTLY. Is there a method I can take to be lucid tonight, so I can have the dreams while still building the waking life habits?
Check out this video, which has the goal of helping you do exactly that: ruclips.net/video/_cBOejGs30A/видео.html Just be mindful that there is NO way to guarantee you'll have a lucid dream tonight, or every night, or anything like that. The outlined steps in that video however, will give you a very good shot at getting lucid. Just don't neglect those fundamentals (dream journaling, daily meditation etc) if you want the best results in the long run.
Sonic is disappointed in Your recent decisions yep, young people have higher chance. Just make sure you don’t disturb your sleep cycle too much while trying to get one.
I watch your video of 2 years ago talk to your subconscious mind. Very interesting can I talk about my pass life . Does my subconscious know my pass life. ??
Is it possible for your dreams to be like a continuity of reality but in a dream because I've been having some weird dreams that feel like I'm continuing my normal day but it's a dream..if that makes sense
I want to try a supplement for lucid dreaming. Do I have to get a something like LucidEsc or could I just take huperzine a. If so how much should I take.
I still don’t fully get what A lucid dream is, I can be dreaming and can control my dreams and everything in it but is that a lucid dream? Cause people make a lucid dream sound like your actually inside the dream like it’s real life but not actually. Like let’s say I was to imagine me riding a dragon 😂 I could close my eyes and be riding a dragon. . .but in a lucid dream would it be so vivid it looks almost real? That may sound so confusing but, can someone explain to me what a lucid dream really is?
Narnia Master a lucid dream is a dream that you are aware of, meaning you can control yourself and the environment around you. and yeah, lucid dreams are pretty vivid
I had my first lucid dream last night with using SSILD technique it works really well for me I will definitely recommend to youl In fact I had 2 lucid dreams last night I practiced very deeply for about 4 days and on the 5th day I had my first lucid dreams
Every time I wake up I don’t remember any dreams. But later on in the day I think about something that goes with the dream and instantly remember. Is this natural or a problem? If so how do I fix it?
Love your videos, you details everything. Love it . How can I talk to my dead relatives? Keep up the good work . You have so many videos about Lucid Dreams I cant get enough love them. Can you maybe make a video and share with us and show us the books that you bought in the past and do a resume on each of them . What you have learned. If you can please. 😊❤ thanks again for all the tips and information you give us
Matt, this is a very lovely and helpful video. Also people should train their intention. Why would your bonus tip is weird? This is a plan/goal, it makes bloody lots of sense.
Thanks your for these tips Matt!! I am trying my hardest to Lucid dream but I have Aphantasia. Matt, I am wondering if it is still possible to Lucid dream? Do you have any thoughts?
hey tip ive been using your method where you tell urself ur going to lucid dream but i never seem to wake up in a dream or dont remember i have a dream journal and i do meditate for 35 mins every night. i set an alarm clock for 3:00 AM and i go to sleep at 9:00 pm any suggestions on how to wake up during my dreams maybe a different alarm?
Hey Tipharot, I have a "problem"/question. Most of the times my dreams are in Third person. (Means I see myself etc.) I would like to change that so that my dreams are first person. Can I do that? And if the answer is yes, how can I accomplish that ? Or should I use that thirdperson as an dream sign ? What are your thoughts on that ?
Very helpful!! I am doing a lot of these you mentioned but not all and not properly especialy mild.My milds was lazy milds just told to my self i will be lucid but without strong intension it was like fire with blind bullets
I don't know if I'm the only one but I rarely even remember my dreams after I wake up. It's almost as I don't even have dreams most nights and I wake from a black hole. I can't understand those techniques about seeing the images when you eyes are closed either, I dun see nutin'
Me:

How did you do that sentence with a line over it
It's like watching a pine tree take of like a space-x rocket, and it's all business as usual. Just keep dreamin'
Abdul F put these “-“ before and after your sentence. - hi -

Why dont people astral project during LD's shout "dream go away" and the dream will melt and you will be in your room then explore the Astral realms
Thank you

Since I’m ten I heard I have a really good chance of lucid dreaming because my imagination is wild and stuff?

I DO REALITY CHECKS ALL THE TIME BUT IN DREAMS I NEVER DO THEM!! 🤪😓
I sometimes get about 1 or 2 lucid dreams a week and I don't try to get them 🤔

Same as me.. it's tough. You get it once though and it makes it all worthwhile.
maybe try different mental affirmations? "i am lucid dreaming" works for me
I get better results when I meditate for 15-20 mins

Tipharot Why did I lucid dream on a siesta? How is it possible? How did it happen?
The tip about writing down your dream journal entry before you go to bed is gold. Sets for a very powerful intention. I will do that from now on :D
