this video doesn't address many important items in the lift and shift, for example what about licensing? lift and shift assumes that hardware is being replaced, it doesn't assume we own new licenses for the new hardware, in a lift and shift the licenses from the existing cluster must be made available to the new cluster, how does this work in the lift and shift? I give this video a very poor rating for not addressing important stuff, its just a walk through of the GUI

The NSX Data Center software license is interchangeable between both NSX-V & NSX-T products, so there is no impact on licensing.
