Unless a boxing ref can enforce punching to the back of the head is not tolerable. It is so obvious, Beterbiev purposely and deliberately hit his opponent's back of the head. When Beterbiev does that the 1st time, warning. 2nd time, deduct a point. 3rd time, disqualification. I personally felt bad for the boxers KO by that rabbit puncher, Beterbiev.
