    Daniel, I haven’t even started to watch this video yet because I wanted to just stop and take a moment to say “thank you”.
    You are talented in many ways; skilled in the art of not only magic, but video production, acting, comedy and communication. But it is your generosity that I want to say “thank you” for. You sometimes apologize for a “long video”, but I could listen to you talk all day!
    Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    Madison, you sir, are cut from a different cloth. That cheater heritage bottom deal with wrist kill is extremely useful. This effect reminds me of 'perfect pair,' yet with a few extra sausages. Another banger!

    • @DANIELmadison

    • @DANIELmadison
      @DANIELmadison  5 лет назад +1

      FANX! Yes yes, we can hide so much in front of people and the social / behavioural compliance of accepting a hand to be empty simply because it is in use, what a beautiful deception!

  • @1elgran
    @1elgran 3 года назад

    Great one, fanx! Went straight into my repertoire.
    After the first round I always like to cut the extra card into my deck and force it to the spectator (hiding the different colored back) to get a second beat out of it. Then I phrase something like "The first time you selected a random card and gave it to me. Now the same thing happend, but without any of us even touching your deck." just to reveal that the card he took now vanished from his deck and appeared in mine (or wherever you wanna let it reappear). So now you are left with both decks clean and your spectators completely puzzled.

    I really like how you call the people that you perform magic for "participants". I don't like calling them spectators because that's not at all what they are, they're actively engaging in the magic and participating in it. Not just merely watching it happen.

  • @xfatalxflawx

    I feel as if you 50/50 your deck with the backs facing out, and then force the chosen card from the "top" half quickly, there's much less of a chance of turning the deck over being risky.
    I'm not skilled enough to bottom deal, yet. But I am ballsy enough to pull off another, less clean, method.
    Thanks for another bit of genius/ madness from the mind of DM

    Being a worrier,I can see a possible problem with this process(blind) That is how do you prevent the spectator(or Suzan) from looking at the face of the card they select, thereby obviously spoiling the effect?If you actually tell them not to look at it this could be a problem too.Maybe you could address this performance-related question on an up coming vid or something.Thanks again for doing god's work on teaching these beautiful illusions!
